To: District Court Budaun <dcbud@allahabadhighcourt.in>
Most respected sir the appellant wants to invite the kind attention to the following points as follows.
1-According to Central Public Information Officer district court Budaun-
2- Most respected sir, the appellant wants to put focus on the CD that what is meaning of CD for the appellant?
Compact disc (CD) is portable storage devices used for storing digital data like recording, storing, and playing video, and audio. Compact Disc can be explained as a disc-like memory device made from plastic material.

3-Most respected sir if closed circuit television is installed in the court premises of the district court Budaun, then appellant is seeking CCTV footage of that particular day as follows -
Please provide the CD of the court functioning dated 11-10-2023.

4-According tu earlier conclusion of the Central Public Information Officer-Allahabad High Court (right to Information) rules, 2005' के नियम-4 के अनुसार प्रत्येक प्रश्न के लिए शुल्क अंकन-50/-रुपये देय है तथा आवेदनपत्र पर आवेदन शुल्क के रूप में ऑनलाइन अंकन 50/-रूपये अमाउंट पेड दर्शित है, किन्तु आवेदक द्वारा सी०डी० की नकल मांगी गयी है तथा वाद की पहली सुनवाई की जानकारी मांगी गयी है, उक्त के अनुसार आवेदक द्वारा अपने आवेदन में दो प्रश्न पूछे गये हैं। इस प्रकार प्रदत्त किया गया शुल्क अपर्याप्त है। अतः मेरी राय में अपर्याप्त शुल्क के कारण उक्त सूचना प्रदत्त किया जाना न्यायसंगत नहीं
5- Under point 4, second question is deliberate misinterpretation of CPIO to conceal information on the flimsy ground.
6- Most respected sir, ipso facto they are prejudiced to deny information.
7- According to rule THE-RIGHT-TO-INFORMATION-REGULATION-OF-FEE-AND-COST-RULES-2005 of 2005
 For information provided in diskette or floppy rupees fifty per diskette or floppy;
if the requested information is in the form  of diskettes, floppies, tapes, video cassettes or in any other electronic mode or through printouts where such information is stored in any electronic form.
8- Most respected sir right to Information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities if in this way information will be withheld by the CPIOs, then this August act will never achieve its goal.

Date 17 September 2024.                           O God help us
                                                         Vimal Kumar Rastogi a senior citizen
