Grievance Description
An application on behalf of my mother Vairagi Devi. W/O Khattan Prasad, Village and Post Chilh, District- Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh concerning cheating and fraud by offenders.
The matter concerns the cheating and forgery of public records under the jurisdiction of the station house officer police station-Marihan under the supervision of superintendent of police district Mirzapur.

Subject- The offenders must be registered under the case of cheating and forgery by the concerned Marihan police.
The details of the victims are as follows.
1- Vairagi Devi. W/O Khattan Prasad, Village and Post Chilh, District- Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh
2- Sangeeta W/O Sushil Kumar resident of village Virohia, post Dadhiram, police station Madihan, Mirzapur.
The details of the offenders are as follows.

Most respected Sir, it is respectfully submitted that we the applicants purchased the land from the offender No. 1 on
27.04.2022 which details are as follows.
Mauja Birohia, Tappa 84, Pargana Kantit, Tehsil Sadar, District
Mirzapur, Araji No. 165 measuring 0.0400 Hectare and Araji No. 166 measuring 0.0700
Hectare registered in favour of the victims. The registry of the land was carried out in accordance with the law.
. But, in spite of this, Opposition No. 1 has prepared a registered deed through forgery and forged document of 3
Viswa 3 Dhur in Arazi No. 165 and did registry it in favour of offender No. 2 on 25.07.2024. In which offenders 3 and 4 are witnesses to the document of opposition number 2. while offender 1 has already made registry of land in favour of applicants. In spite of this, the offenders committed forgery of public records and deceived the applicant knowingly.
Well apprised with the factual position, offender 1 again sold the land to the offender 2 deliberately which is a criminal offence tantamount to cheating. This act of offenders 1,2,3 and 4 invites the criminal proceedings which must be taken into account by the concerned station house officer of police station Madihan.
The names of Vairagi Devi. W/O Khattan Prasad, Village and Post Chilh, District- Mirzapur and Sangeeta wife Sushil Kumar resident of village Virohia, post-Dadhiram, police station- Madihan, Mirzapur are recorded in Khatauni/revenue record. The offenders, under a conspiracy, have established an illegitimate goal to usurp the Arazi No. 165 of the applicant and Sangeeta W/O Sushil Kumar resident of village Virohia, post Dadhiram, police station Madihan, Mirzapur through the force of hooliganism. In such a situation, it is necessary in the interest of justice to register a case against offenders and take necessary action in accordance with the law. The applicant is attaching the scanned copy of the Representation of Sangeeta and objection made before the appropriate revenue authority along with the application.
Therefore, it is requested to most respected sir to kindly take necessary action by registering a case against the opponents by paying attention to the application of the applicant. For this, applicant and her family members will always pray to the most respected sir.
