Complaint Details Undoubtedly concerned had talked to me about the issue of the network but it was concerned with the Vodafone mobile company so I replied in the same way. Company staff may be informed that in the attached document VC number was mentioned. In the earlier grievance attached with the representation, they denied the services so they refund the paid amount. Either they may provide the services of Rs.100 or refund the same as it is. As per new RBI guidelines, anybody is mandated to refund only to the original payment source, the Refund has to be made by the Dish TV company to the original payment source which means paytm wallet of the applicant. Here company staff is making failed efforts to deviate the attention from the core issue. Here focus is Rs.100 paid to Dish TV company to purchase its services and now the question is whether it will provide the services? If it will provide the services, then it has the right of paid money other Rs.100 be returned back to its origin. In regard to having contact with me so I always remained present at the home and you tell me what is your contact number instead of providing me with your consumer number not attended by anyone. It is dead sure that you have not contacted me as daily I check the missed calls in order to call back. Either you may provide the services or refund the paid amount.

NCH CASE - DOCKET ID 822128--CLOSED Mr. Yogi M. P. Singh Mahesh Pratap Singh on 7379105911 (number available via NCH), it has been communicated that as per his recharge of Rs.100 on dated 29th June'2018 for vc 01515029021 was successful and connection was activated for the period of 29/06/2018 to 02/07/2018 according to the package subscribed. Now connection de-activated from the last 13 days due to non renewal. Moreover, informed subscriber that we have not received any complaint from the subscriber or from his end if he was facing any issue with the services for the mentioned period post recharge. Hence, amount of Rs.100 could not be refunded as amount already consumed for VC 01515029021 for the above said period. Furthermore, as per the previous docket id 804599 - we have spoken with the subscriber on his RMN 9838558011, where he confirmed that he was not using dishtv and also not responding properly over the call. All necessary details shared with the subscriber over the call. Hence, case closed.
