Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar and application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Tantrik K. P. Singh, Mobile number -9794089100. Please ensure no waterlogging in the area.
Waterlogging in Bhujwa chauki area causing problems to nearby people so action needed in the matter urgently. The exact location of the place of waterlogging is behind the missionary at Bhujwa ki chauki.
This area comes under the jurisdiction of sub divisional magistrate Sadar and dehat Kotwali police district- Mirzapur.
This is a humble request of the applicant to the concerned staff to take the perusal of the attached photographs to the grievance so that may be apprised with hellish condition of the concerned area.
It seems that there is no rule of law in our society and people are taking unlawful steps to safeguard their own interest and overlooking the others interest.
It is troublesome to inform that few people have blocked the drainage which is the lone source of exit of the rainwater and dirty water of the nearby area. Every problem has its own solution but there is a need for efficient monitoring and those accountable to monitor the situation have been confined to their offices only which is the root cause of the problems being faced by the common people.
This waterlogging will create a precarious situation in the area because this water will become a sanctuary for the mosquitoes which will create a dengue epidemic in the nearby area.
On the one side of a screen we are talking about development for a decade and on the other side of a screen we are allowing waterlogging in populous area creating unhygienic surroundings for the people.
The applicant has videography of the waterlogging of the area which is easily available on the internet and publicly accessible to everyone showing the insensitivity of the administration to the problems of the common people.
This is a humble request to the most respected sir to take steps on the request of the applicant to provide the reprieve to the common people in the area mentioned as above.
