The matter concerns the dispose of of the mutilating body of the cat died four days ago lying before my house. This irregularity and mismanagement concerns with the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City.
Think about the grim situation of the municipality of Mirzapur City, cat died 4 days ago and lying on the road before my house but no sweeper came to broom the road in front of my house and neither body of the died cat disposed of by the municipality staff nor they are showing the keenness to dispose of the mutilated body of the cat which bad smell is spreading out in the surroundings.

Whether it is not showing the dereliction and mismanagement in the working of the municipality Mirzapur City which is supervised by the executive officer municipality.
I have already made the complaints regarding the choked drainage which is overflowing in Surekapuram colony but no one cared about the submitted grievance on the public grievance portal as well as on the jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

This is a humble request of the applicant to the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City, because of dereliction of duty of the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City environment must not be contaminated.

There must be sensitivity to duty for public staff concerned because this report has been submitted in the matter after much delay. This cat was lying middle of the road for 4 days and when I made the complaint then the body which was starting mutilated was disposed of by the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City day after. The mode of dispensation of the duty in this matter is that concerned sanitation staff had to inform to this section of the municipality about the dying cat immediately and they had to dispose of the dead body of the cat immediately before the mutilation. In the governance governance, there must be transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities and it is most unfortunate that problems of the people are resolved after much procrastination by the concerned staff. The basic facilities being provided by the government to its people must reach them and if it is reaching after such a difficulty then it cannot be said to be a good rule.
