Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City reflecting insensitivity of the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City and lack of supervision in the working.
Most respected sir please take a glance of the attached PDF document to the grievance showing the heap of garbage on the side of drainage which was taken out by the staff of the municipality on Monday.
It is Thursday today and it is raining season and there is no possibility that clouds will not rain and yesterday it was raining lightly and garbage collected in the side of drainage was entering into the drainage as well as spreading on the road.
It was the duty of the sanitation staff or sweeper to dispose of garbage but when he is not coming on duty since 2 weeks then how will the garbage dispose of?
It is most surprising that in the Government, there is competition not to execute duties and draw the salary from the public exchequer which is taking place in the municipality Mirzapur City also.
If they were sensitive to the duty then it was disposed of yesterday but when it rained yesterday in the evening it disturbed some extent as aforesaid. If the complaint will not be made then there will be no need to dispose of it because it will automatically spread on the road and again will enter into the drainage.
After a month, the complaint will be submitted again against clogged drainage as usually done and also representations are being submitted from the last 2 months regarding the choked drainage and now they have cleaned it.
This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected sir to direct the concerned sanitation staff or sweeper to dispose of the garbage collected at the side of drainage and broom the roads regularly in wide public interest.
