When the complaint is made by the applicant then matter is reserved for a few days thereafter the same practices are continued which is quite obvious from the attached screenshot to the grievance. When a temporary outage will be resolved by the team of experts of the jio company? The staff of the company provided the same parrot report in the following grievance also.
I have recharged mobile number 9696389653 in advance for 1 year which services will initiate from the 7th September 2024 but because of poor network coverage I have been bored with the network of the jio so I want to get my mobile number ported Bharat sanchar Nigam limited if service providing company jio may refund my subscription fee paid in advance.

Matter concerns the poor network of the service providing company jio infocom private limited.
Most respected staff of jio service providing company nowadays during the evening time your services are very much poor and the condition is so poor no navigation is feasible at that time.
Respected staff of the service providing company you should take the perusal of the attached screen shots taken by the applicant during such time which are showing the poor network of the jio service providing company.
The applicant has made certain complaints regarding the poor network services of the jio service providing company during the evening time earlier and at that time staff of the company assured the applicant that this is a temporary outage which will be resolved soon by the expert team of the company but such problems are going to be more intense currently.
In view of the complainant the problems of the applicant were not taken seriously earlier and in order to close the complaints of the applicant satisfactory paper reports were submitted that in such a specific time the team of the company will resolve the issue but when the Grievances were closed, they forgot their promises.
It is quite obvious from the current reports, news items published in various dailies, Jio service providing companies have increased their tariff rates 25% but it is most unfortunate they are not paying attention to the services which are an essential component of their business.
