Grievance Description
The matter is very serious and it is related to the Executive Officer of Mirzapur Municipal Council. Executive Officer Sir, when will the clogged drains be cleaned in Mirzapur? Water is entering people's houses and you are not bothered.
Mirzapur Municipal Council has become so chaotic due to the lack of management skills of its Executive Officer that the entire system has broken down. No work is done on time. Mirzapur Municipal Council does not work according to any strategy. This is the reason that due to the mismanagement, disorder has spread everywhere, the solution of which is now out of their hands.
Think, the drains should have been cleaned before the rainy season started, but they did not get the drains cleaned, due to which water is not flowing from the drains, rather water is flowing over the drains and during the rainy season water is entering people's houses. Now what can be a bigger mismanagement than this, but this mismanagement has no effect on them because they are enjoying in their air conditioned rooms away from the world. What do they care about the problems of common people?
All of you have come to know that Modi and Yogi's Swachchta Abhiyan is just to get their photos clicked while sweeping and our leaders and senior officers are busy in that only, they find Jugaad (solutions) and implement it.
Think about it, the sanitation workers who travel in Pulsar and big vehicles, keep telephones in their ears, they will do this cleaning, they will have both duty in their mind, performing the responsibility is one thing and taking responsibility of the responsibility is another thing, this is the fault of our system that we give responsibility to anyone but we don't check whether it has been implemented or not.

Executive officer municipality Mirzapur City is not talking about choked drainage is a matter of concern quite obvious from his arbitrary inconsistent and parrot reports submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. It seems that there is no transparency and accountability in the working after executive officer and there is complete mismanagement in the working of municipality Mirzapur City because of the incompetence of the executive officer. Think about the chief minister office which monitors the jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh on which such inconsistent reports are submitted by the executive officer. On the one side of screen Yogi Adityanath claim to provide good governance in the state of Uttar Pradesh but on the other side of a screen there is too much precarious situation where there is no rule of law and complete arbitrariness in the working of the public staff in the Uttar Pradesh.
