महोदय,
आप द्वारा पी०जी० पोर्टल सन्दर्भ सं0 60000240112099 के माध्यम से 24:00 घण्टे विद्युत
आपूर्ति न किये जाने के बारे में की गई शिकायत के सम्बन्ध में आपको अवगत कराना है कि
विद्युत आपूर्ति रोस्टर के अनुसार किया जा रहा है। कभी-कभी लोकल फाल्ट होने पर कुछ समय
के लिए शट-डाउन लेकर लोकल फाल्ट ठीक कराकर पुनः विद्युत आपूर्ति सुचारू रूप से बहाल
कर दिया जाता है। जहाँ तक शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा विद्युत चोरी कराने की बात शिकायती पत्र में की
गई है, के सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराना है कि जिनके द्वारा विद्युत चोरी किया जा रहा है उनका
विवरण अधोहस्ताक्षरी के कार्यालय में उपलब्ध करायें, जिससे सम्बन्धित के विरुद्ध विभागीय
नियमानुसार कार्यवाही किया जा सके।

सुबह 2 घंटे से बिजली कटी हुई है आपके अधिशासी अभियंता एक रिपोर्ट बना कर रख लिए हैं वही रिपोर्ट फिर लगा देंगे सिर्फ तारीख बदलने है अरे कम से कम कुछ तो जवाब देही सुनिश्चित होनी चाहिए क्यों काटी है उसका कारण तो बताएं आप कहते हैं कि हम 24 घंटे बिजली देते हैं 24 घंटे का सच यही है की हर 2 घंटे में ट्रिप करती है बिजली, बिजली चोरी की वजह से इतना ज्यादा लोड है की बिजली बार-बार ट्रिप करती रहती है उस कटौती का तो कोई हिसाब नहीं है
3 घंटे पश्चात जब लाइट आई है तो वह हाफ है क्या यह दुर्व्यवस्था नहीं है क्या इसी को सुशासन कहते हैं जहां पर कोई जिम्मेदारी हो ही ना
महोदय इतनी ज्यादा बिजली की चोरी होती ही क्यों है जब सिस्टम उतने लोड को सहन नहीं कर सकता, दूसरा कोई चोरी नहीं करता बिना विभाग के मिली भगत से चोरी बिजली की चोरी संभव ही नहीं है

Our most respected chief minister Mr Yogi Adityanath claims to provide 24 hours power supply. If such frequent powers disruption will take place in the name of fault in transformer and lines then think about the claim which will prove to be election rhetoric and what would be its outcome in the public everyone knows well. How can you justify the disruption in the power supply for 4 and 5 hours in the name of default in the process of supply of electricity. The fault in distribution of the electricity is the Lacuna on the part of the local office of the department of electricity in district Mirzapur. Now you have installed the smart meters before the houses of the each connection holders to stop the theft of electricity but still you are running in the loss. Not a single communication concerning theft of electricity is responded properly by the local office of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited which is a mockery of the law. Whether it is a credible activity of department.
