उपर्युक्त विषयक आवेदक श्री योगी एम.पी. सिंह (yogimpsingh@gmail.com), मोहल्ला सुरेकापुरम, जबलपुर रोड, संगमोहाल, उत्तर प्रदेश के आनलाइन आर०टी०आई० पत्र संख्या DRMET/R/2024/80231 दिनांक 12.08.2024 का संन्दर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें, जिसमें आवेदक द्वारा सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम-2005 के अन्तर्गत सूचना मांगी गयी है। मांगी गयी सूचना स्वशासी राज्य चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, मिर्जापुर से सम्बन्धित है।
अतः सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम-2005 की धारा 6 (3) के अन्तर्गत इस आशय से अंतरित किया जा रहा है कि सूचना अतिशीघ्र आवेदक को उपलब्ध कराते हुए उसकी एक प्रति इस कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराने का कष्ट करे।

This online application against the malpractices in the working of the principal of Maa Vindhyavasini Autonomous Medical College Mirzapur to ensure necessary action in the matter without any further delay. Most respected sir following is the detail of the postal receipt of the complaint sent through the registered post to the principal of Maa Vindhyavasini Autonomous Medical College, Mirzapur. Public information officer must provide the notings made on this representation by the accountable public staff of the office of principle.
