In View of The DG Systems Comments at S.No 31, the CPGRAM may be treated as Disposed. Most respected sir it is an obligatory duty of the concerned staff to provide the details regarding the comments at serial number 31 according to which CPGRAM may be treated as disposed. Undoubtedly our prime minister sir has provided sufficient freedom which has made the personal of the department uncontrolled and they indulge in arbitrary practises. Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound judicial system as has been articulated number of times by the various benches of the Apex Court of India and they further said that it is not only applicable in judiciary, but it must be also applied in the administrative system for the better governance. Please provide the details of your remarks made on the public grievance portal by your staff to proceed further. It is quite obvious that the matter concerns the deep-rooted corruption, and you are overlooking it in order to secure the wrong doer elements in the society who have tacit understanding with the personnel of the department.

Closing Remarks

The grievance has been closed on the basis of the below(S. No. 31) comment of systems. The grievance relates to wrong reporting of the information by the various information sources i.e, Rental receipt, Business receipts, GST purchases, GST turnover etc. on the PAN of the assessee The information have been uploaded by the Reporting entities as per the provisions of the I.T. Act, 1961 and the Department has no control over the uploading or correctness of the information uploaded by the Reporting entities. The information received by the Department is shown to the taxpayer on AIS portal and the taxpayer has been allowed the functionality to check the information reported on his PAN and to submit his feedback. If any of the information does not pertain to the taxpayer, he may deny the information or correct the information value on the AIS portal, which may be got confirmed by the Department from Information source. Thus, if any of the information shown in AIS, does not pertain to the taxpayer, he may submit his feedback on the relevant information on his own. Therefore, no further action lies at this end. Further, regarding fraudulent use of PAN of the assessee comments of the DIT (I &CI), Lucknow at S.No. 25 may be perused, who have inquired into the matter and have also referred the matter to the respective Pr.DGITs (Inv.) for detailed inquiries in the matter. Furthermore, the taxpayer has lodged the FIR before the com petent authority of law in this regard. Hence, no further action lies at this end and the grievance of the assessee may be treated as settled.
