Grievance Description.-It is quite obvious that tahsildar Sadar took the recourse of revenue case pending before the sub divisional magistrate Sadar concerning with the pai mise of the land but it is most unfortunate the purpose of the pai mise was to stop the construction of the road which is disputed from several years.

Sub divisional magistrate Sadar itself committed the contempt of court because he was properly informed by the applicant but he did not take any action in the matter and construction of the road took place under the monitoring of the Jigna police.

The PDF attachment with this online RTI application has three pages The first page is the treasury challan made by the father of the aggrieved applicant and the second and third page is the report of tahsildar Sadar in the matter concerned.

The public information officer must provide the following point wise information to the information seeker as follows.

1- Please provide the name and designation of the staff of tehsil who decided the boundary of the impugned land.

2- The aggrieved applicant paid the Rs.1000 as fee for deciding the boundary of the impugned land under section 24 of revenue code 2006. Please provide the map made by the concerned staff containing the location of land and measurement of its boundaries. 

3- Please provide the copy of the order issued by the sub divisional magistrate Sadar for the pai mise of the land. 

4- Please provide the information concerning services provided by the staff of tehsil Sadar after charging Rs.1000 as fee paid for deciding the boundary of the impugned land.

5- Please provide the reason for not providing any formal document to the aggrieved applicant concerning the pai mise of the land as the government has charged Rs.1000 for pai mise.

  1. It seems that in this largest democracy in the world rule of law has been replaced by rule of anarchy. There is no possibility that they will provide information under right to Information act 2005 because of the corruption in the working.
