Grievance Description

The matter concerns spray of anti larva solution by the filaria officer under the supervision of chief medical officer Mirzapur. Nowadays no spray of anti larvae solutions are being made in the Surekapuram colony because of the lackadaisical approach of chief medical officer Mirzapur. It seems that public staff are awaiting epidemics because the population of mosquitoes are rising alarmingly in the area.

There is no transparency and accountability in the working of the chief medical officer Mirzapur this is the root cause there is rule of anarchy in the working of the filaria officer Mirzapur.

These officers have been uncontrolled because of the mismanagement from top most hierarchy to the bottom. When they had promised for the spray of anti-larvae solutions every week in the month why are they not keeping their promises?

To be lazy is a crime, to be lazy and offer excuses is greater crime and the action without delay is the soul of efficiency.

Sir, the matter is related to the Chief Medical Officer of the district Mirzapur. Sir, is it necessary that when people start dying of dengue, anti-larvae solutions should be sprayed by the department as a show off. Even when the number of mosquitoes increases a lot, there is no effect of spraying once or twice, so it is good if spraying is done on time. Sir, the applicant hopes that immediate action will be taken on the request of the applicant.

The seriousness of the situation should be understood. Anti-larvae solution has not been sprayed for several months in Mohalla Surekapuram. Is it not negligence? Sir, is it necessary that spraying of anti-larvae solution should be done only when the application is given by the applicant, it does not become his own responsibility. At this time the number of mosquitoes is increasing very fast, so spraying is very necessary, it should be taken seriously.

It is true that the arrangement is made by the government, but I do not know why our bureaucrats who give the facilities are so stingy. The government gives the medicine, but instead of spraying the medicine, they think it is better to sell it, that is why they procrastinate in spraying it. We say that alertness is also something that cannot be ignored. It is true that we have been facing the wrath of God for many years, yet we do not want to be aware. This human society is facing different epidemics but everything is forgotten very soon.

  1. Mosquitoes are rising alarmingly and such population of the mosquitoes are never seen in Mirzapur City and I think that concerned staff of the Government of Uttar Pradesh will pay atmost care to the grievances because it concerns the wide Public interest.

  2. There is no accountability in the government departments in Uttar Pradesh which is quite obvious from the reluctant approach of the concerned government staff regarding the spray of anti larva solution in Surekapuram colony as they had already promised to spray the anti larva solution every week in the month.

  3. Here is no rule of law but there is complete anarchy in the governance which is the root cause of such problems.
