कृपया आपके कार्यालय के पत्र क्रमाक GOVHY/E/2023/03604 दिनाकं 10.5.2024 के विषय उपरोक्त के सन्दर्भ में। इस सम्बन्ध मे जाचं प्रबन्धक थाना शहर भिवानी द्वारा कराई गई। दौराने जाँच दौराने जाँच परिवादी के मो.न. 7379105911 पर सम्पर्क किया गया। जिसने बतलाया की मै उत्तर प्रदेश का रहने वाला हूँ और मै परिवाद हजा के समबन्ध में हरियाणा नही आ सकता। मेरी परिवाद ही मेरे ब्यान समझे जाये। जो परिवाद हजा के सम्बन्ध मे उतरवादी को शामिल जाँच किया गया। जिसने अपने ब्यानो में अंकित करवाया की मेरे पास बा अदालत श्रिमति अनसुमन CJM भिवानी की कोर्ट से एक वारण्ट OF ARREST IN EXECUTION NO. ΕΧΕ/614/2021 DHARMENDER VS SAHARA INDIA PARIWAR बर खिलाफ SHARARAYN UNIVERSAL MULTIPURPOSE SOCIETY LTD R/O OFFICE 195 ZONE D B MALL M.P BHOPAL MADHYA PRADESH 462011 प्राप्त हुआ था। जो WARRANT EXECUTION की कम्पनी का पता लगाने के लिए मो.न. 7379105911 पर मो.न. 9812514429 से फोन किया था। जो भाषा समझ मे न आने के कारण मैने अपने मो.न. से मो.न. 7379105911 पर वारण्ट whatsapp किया था। जो मैने किसी प्रकार से परेशान नही किया और ना ही किसी प्रकार का अभद्र व्वहार किया। जो मामला वारण्ट OF ARREST IN EXECUTION का पता लगाने का पाया गया है किसी संज्ञेय अपराध का सरजद होना नही पाया गया है। रिपोट सेवा मे पेश है।

The matter concerns the working of the superintendent of police district of Bhiwani. As far as available information on the Internet regarding the superintendent of police is as-SP BHIWANI Sh. VARUN SINGLA, IPSShort submissions of the case are as follows.1- An anonymous message was sent on my whatsapp from contact number-9812514429 Which was the illegible copy of the order issued by learned judge (Anshuman), Civil Judge(Jr. Division). Please take a glance at the first and second page of the attached pdf document to the grievance. 2- Just after it an anonymous call was made on my mobile number-7379105911 by an individual whose name was displayed on the true collar screen, Sushil Kumar and the address was showing Haryana India. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take a glance of the page 3 of the attached pdf document to the grievance. 3- This person introduced himself as the sub inspector of the concerned police station and asked me, the Court has issued a warrant against me and a warrant later has been sent on my whatsapp. The mobile number of this person is as- Mobile number-8168199410.4- From the attached PDF documents to the grievance it is quite obvious that a total number of calls were made by this person on the mobile of the applicant including two whatsapp calls is 9. 5- Petitioner/Respondent details in the matter is as -DHARMENDER VS SAHARA INDIA PARIWAR Previous Date 30-03-2024 NEXT DATE: 09-07-2024. It is quite obvious that the applicant is neither party nor opposite party in the case then why the order was sent on the Whatsapp of the applicant. The applicant is making the following inquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India.1- Please provide the details of the concerned police personnel if belongs to the Department of police state of Haryana.2- Whether police have been given free hand to torture civil society physically and mentally in the state of Haryana.3- Whether the police personnel in the state of Haryana cannot understand the order issued by the competent courts.4- Whether such dealings are part of the strategy of the Haryana police to execute such orders issued by the competent courts.HRBH020021572021

Advocates abstained from work today. Conditional warrants

could not be issued to JD by the Ahlmad concerned. Let conditional

warrants against JD be issued for 09.07.2024. The SHO, concerned is

hereby directed to execute the conditional warrants of arrest against the

JD. If the JD pays the amount of Rs. 15,725/-, he be not arrested and the

amount be deposited in the court itself. In case, the said conditional

warrants are received back unexecuted then in that eventuality the SHO

concerned shall appear in person before the court and shall owe an

explanation in this regard as to why the said warrants are not executed,

failing which, appropriate legal action shall follow.

Here this question arises that why the concerned sub inspector made call on the mobile number of the applicant. His first sentence was there is warrant in my name whether it is not shocking for an innocent and gullible person. From where he got my mobile number and how has he reached on this conclusion that this number belongs to the Sahara Universal Multi Purpose Society bhopal? When the concerned sub inspector told me that there is a warrant issued by the court of law in my name then I was shocked and I kept my phone down. It is noticeable that the copy of the order of the court which was sent on my Whatsapp was illegible which resulted more trouble to the applicant consequently applicant suffered mental trauma for entire day and submitted representation before the superintendent of police district of Bhiwani, state Haryana. Whether it is not a question mark in the management of the police in the state of Haryana where such treatment is made with the order of the courts.
