* Description of Information Sought An application on behalf of Sita Devi aged about 45 years, widow of Mukhu resident Nakhara Tappa 84 and District Mirzapur. Pargana Kantit Tehsil-Sadar, Mobile number-7607946609. The matter concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrates Sadar, District Mirzapur.

Grievance Description-The matter concerns the working of the sub-divisional magistrate Sadar, due to irrational dealings of the staff of tehsil Sadar judgement passed by the most respected civil court is going to be meaningless.
ORDER- This order is unilaterally issued against the defendants in this manner that the defendants are prohibited through this order that they should not create any kind of disturbance in the possession, ownership and possession of the land A, B, C, D and the houses, sitting room, well, tree etc. and courtyard land situated therein and neither demolish the houses, rooms, well, temple etc. nor do any construction.

1- Provide the name and designation of the staff of tehsil Sadar who received the aforementioned online grievance of the aggrieved applicant registered on the public grievance portal of the government of India as registration number : GOVUP/E/2024/0044908. Also provide the date of joining this district.
2- Provide the notings made by the competent staff of the Tehsil Sadar on the representation of the aggrieved applicant.
3- Provide the name and designations of the concerned staff who are included in the processing of the representation of the aggrieved applicant and date of joining of them to district Mirzapur.
4- If there is any other order of the court passed against the order dated 16th October 2015 of most respected judge Jyotsna Yadav then provide a copy of it to the information seeker if available in Tehsil Sadar.
5- Please provide the action taken by the Tehsil Sadar in compliance of the order passed by the competent civil court. If not then, they can provide its reason as right to reason is an indispensable part of a sound administrative system.
