The 1st page of the attached PDF document is the revenue record of the land which is showing that inheritance of the property in the name of my grandfather inherited to the 3 brothers of my father and his mother unfortunately there is no name of the applicant in the revenue record. Whose details are as aforementioned.
The 2nd page of the attached PDF document is the family register of the applicant.
The 3rd page of the attached PDF document is the death certificate of the father of the applicant.
It is noticeable that my grandfather died 5 years later than my father so the applicant itself was class-1 heir in the matter, so this inheritance had to be carried out from my grandfather to the applicant not from my father to applicant.
There was no need whether the name of my father was included in the revenue records or not because during the death of my father my grandfather was alive and entire ancestral properties was in the name of my grandfather.
Public information officer in the office of subdivisional magistrate Lal Ganj must provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as sought.
1- Provide the name and designation of the staff of Tasil Lalganj who processed inheritance from grandfather to the inheritors and date when it was enforced.
2- Provide the name and posting details of the Lekhpal who was posted at that time and played vital role in processing of inheritance and his current posting details, if retired provide the retirement details.
3- Provide the name and posting details of the Revenue inspector who was posted at that time and played vital role in processing of inheritance and his current posting details, if retired provide the retirement details.
4- Provide the name and posting details of the Tehsildar who was posted at that time and played vital role in processing of inheritance and his current posting details, if retired provide the retirement details.
5- Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system so provide the reason of excluding the name of the applicant who was the class-1 heir from the list of inheritors during the processing of the inheritance.
Public information officer must provide the five pints information to the information seeker within stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.
