The matter concerns the working of the superintendent of police district Mirzapur with requests to take action against the arbitrariness and tyranny of the local sub inspector who pressurized my father to write application according to his dictation by putting undue pressure on him.
मामला मिर्जापुर जिले के पुलिस अधीक्षक की कार्यप्रणाली से संबंधित है, जिसमें स्थानीय उपनिरीक्षक की मनमानी और अत्याचार के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया गया है, जिसने मेरे पिता पर अनुचित दबाव डालकर अपने कहे अनुसार आवेदन लिखने के लिए दबाव डाला।

Under the illegal influence of the aforementioned person, the local sub inspector belonging to my area called on my father through a mobile phone at the Chilh police station and then dictated an application which was written by my father in his handwriting. This application was written by my father on the condition that if he would deny the writing the application he will be put behind the bar under several fabricated charges.
This application written in the handwriting of my father under the pressure of the concerned sub inspector accorded that my father does not want the action by the police in the matter.
संबंधित उपनिरीक्षक के दबाव में मेरे पिता की हस्तलिपि में लिखे गए इस आवेदन में यह बात कही गई है कि मेरे पिता इस मामले में पुलिस द्वारा कार्रवाई नहीं चाहते हैं।
This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected superintendent of police district Mirzapur to restrain such police officers who have such malicious approach in the cases dealt by them. Such a biased approach of the police will only promote adultery in the society quite obviously from the relationship between my wife and her jija.

2- Priyanka Yadav is the wife of the applicant having extramarital affairs with her brother in law. Umesh Yadav S/O late Lallu Yadav is the brother in law and mastermind of all the criminal activity in the matter. Umesh Yadav is hatching a conspiracy to break the marriage relationship between wife and husband to keep my wife as his Paramour permanently. Consequently he wants to destroy not only the future of the applicant as well as his wife.
3-He used to talk with my wife for more than one hour even after 12 o'clock in the night which cannot be acceptable to a civilized family.

Most respected sir whether the concerned police will tell the name of the investigation officer who carried out enquiry and on the basis of the findings of the enquiry, this report of the circle officer has been submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. The applicant is well apprised of the fact that circle officer has not investigated the matter personally and his report is based on the findings of the report provided by the Chilh police station to the circle office of the police. Everyone knows that if name of the enquiry officer will be asked and the time when he visited the place of incident then no one will come forward because everyone knows that this report has been prepared on the police station arbitrarily which is showing biased approach of the police in the matter. There must be transparency and accountability in the working of the police so that rampant corruption and multiple increase in the crime may be controlled.
