Whether the matter of land grabbing is dealt under preventive measures of criminal procedure code that is section 107, 116 of criminal procedure code under the supervision of senior superintendent of Police Budaun. Budaun police knows well that my son is living at Noida Gautam Budh Nagar far away from the dwelling place. How can there be apprehension of bleach of peace from my son who is well educated not barbarians like offenders assaulted senior citizens like us?
The applicant is fully unsatisfied with the highly objectionable arbitrary report of the concerned investigation officer who could not understand the submissions of the applicant made in the representation.

The matter concerns the working of the senior superintendent of police district Budaun, state-Uttar Pradesh. The police are not registering the first information report in the matter of land grabbing which is a mockery of the law must be taken into account by the senior rank police officers in the district. There is video graphy of the construction made by the offenders is being overlooked by the concerned investigation officer in the name of partition falsely.
The act of corruption has two types of evidence.
1-direct evidence 2-circumstantial evidence
Police are justifying the land grabbing in the name partition awaited between the applicant and offenders but factual position is that offenders are grabbing the land which was purchased by the applicant on 19 July 1985 which means 38 years ago quite obvious from scan copy papers of registry executed by registrar Raj Bahadur Saxena between the applicant who is purchaser and Kanhai Lal Sarin S/O Raj Bahadur Sarin who is the seller of the land.

Consequently F.I.R. must be registered against the opposition party including main conspirator Dinesh Gupta S/O R.D. Gupta and Shipra Gupta W/O Dinesh Gupta under the following sections of the Indian Penal Code. Section 441 (Criminal Trespass), Section 425, Section 420 , Section 442 and Section 503 of the Indian penal code must be applied on the offenders.
The offenders are usurping the registered land in the name of my husband after 40 years which was purchased by my husband by paying the price to the seller. Whether it reflects the good governance in the state of Uttar Pradesh and police are pursuing the rule of law which is submitting the arbitrary and inconsistent reports in order to close the grievances arbitrarily. How can an investigation officer of the Budaun police see the dispute of partition in the purchased land by the husband of the applicant 40 years ago?
G.D. Brief (Brief diary):
Sub inspector Anil Kumar Rana filed 02 copies of challan report under section 107/116 Cr.P.C. At this time, sub inspector Anil Kumar Rana came to the police station and filed 02 copies of challan report under section 107/116 Cr.P.C. According to the first challan report, the first party 1. Dinesh Kumar Gupta S/O late Ram Bahadur Gupta resident of Mohalla Garhaiya Shahbazpur near Nai Sarai Police Station Kotwali District Budaun, age about 54 years and according to the second challan report, the second party 1. Rahul Kumar Rastogi son of Vimal Kumar Rastogi resident of Mohalla Garhaiya Shahbazpur near Nai Sarai Police Station Kotwali District Budaun, there is a dispute going on regarding division and possession of property. There is tension. There is bitterness. They can break the peace by fighting anytime. Therefore, the challan report of both the parties is being sent to the Honourable Court under section 107/116 Cr. P.C. through challan report.

Undoubtedly there is no direct evidence of corruption but circumstantial evidence is showing that the matter concerns the corruption so it must not be overlooked by the senior rank officers in the district. The applicants are senior citizens who must be provided justice by the prosecution agency of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

The police submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent parrot report in the following grievance which is highly objectionable to the applicant. Concerned police may ask offenders to remove cars and other materials including construction work from the land of the applicant purchased from Kanhai Lal Sarin S/O Raj Bahadur Sarin whose measurement is 68 sq metres.The applicant has paid the price of the land and requisite fee to government for obtaining title of the land. How can partition claim of police in report be justified in the land of the applicant which is purchased land of the applicant.
The following grievance submitted by the husband of the applicant was arbitrarily disposed by concerned sub inspector and police officers by submitting inconsistent reports that the matter concerns the partition of the land which is quite wrong must be taken into account that this land was purchased by the husband of the applicant near about 40 years ago which registry was executed in the office of registrar on 19th July 1985. Which is attached as the last three pages of the attached PDF document to the grievance.

Why the claimants i.e. Dinesh Gupta S/O R.D. Gupta and Shipra Gupta W/O Dinesh Gupta were silent for the long duration of 40 years before staking claim for the land? Whether the concerned investigation officers are incompetent to take the perusal of the attached paper of the registry of the land which is disclosing the true fact in the matter.
Why are the concerned police officers running away from speculating the true facts of the case by observing concerned records of the land which has been purchased by the husband of the applicant 40 years ago?
