1- PIO must provide the reason for summoning the applicant cum Information seeker to the police station.
1. आवेदिका द्वारा आनलाईन आईजीआरएस प्रार्थना पत्र डाला गया था जिसका आईजीआरएस नम्बर 60000240104036 है उक्त प्रार्थना पत्र के निस्तारण हेतु आवेदिका उपरोक्त व विपक्षी दयाशंकर मिश्रा , हरिप्रसाद मिश्रा पुत्रगण शम्भूशरण मिश्रा निवासी भैसौड बलाय पहाड थाना ड्रमण्डगंज जनपद मीरजापुर को बुलाया गया था।
Submission-misleading information. Need to summon is proper reason but need was not told. There was ulterior motive to harass the applicant.
2- PIO must provide minutes of proceedings concerning the matter of the applicant before summoning the applicant in the police station Drummond Ganj.
2. आवेदिका दिनांक 22.06.2024 थाना ड्रमण्डगंज उपस्थित आयी थी। आवेदिका को बताया गया कि आपका मामला revenue department से सम्बन्धित है। आप अपना कुटुम्ब रजिस्टर की नकल लेकर तहसीलदार न्यायालय मे वाद दायर अनुतोष प्राप्त करे।
Submission-misleading information. Police most tell the proceedings done before summoning information seeker.
3- Public information officer must provide the name designation and posting details of the police personnel who summoned the applicant in the police station Drummond Ganj.
3. उ0नि0 काशी सिंह थाना ड्रमण्डगंज मीरजापुर।
Submission -incomplete information. Where are posting details of sub inspector Kashi Singh?
4- Public information officer must provide the other persons detail who were summoned in the same matter and because of the absence of those persons in the police station, proceedings could not be carried out.
4. दयाशंकर मिश्रा, हरिप्रसाद मिश्रा पुत्रगण शम्भूशरण मिश्रा निवासी भैसौड बलाय पहाड थाना ड्रमण्डगंज जनपद मीरजापुर को दिनांक 22.06.2024 को थाना मे बुलाया गया था जिनमे से हरिप्रसाद मिश्रा एवं अंजनी मिश्रा निवासी ग्राम भैसोड बलाय पहाड थाना ड्रमण्डगंज समय करीब 13.00 बजे समाधान मे दिवस मे उपस्थित आये थे। लेकिन उनके आने के पूर्व मे ही समय करीब 12.15 बजे आवेदिका वापस चली गयी थी।
Submission -baseless and false reply has been given.
5- Public information officer must provide the reason for the absence of the persons who were summoned by the police in the matter.
5. दयाशंकर मिश्रा, हरिप्रसाद मिश्रा पुत्रगण शम्भूशरण मिश्रा निवासी भैसौड बलाय पहाड थाना ड्रमण्डगंज जनपद मीरजापुर को दिनांक 22.06.2024 को थाना मे बुलाया गया था जिनमे से हरिप्रसाद मिश्रा एवं अंजनी मिश्रा निवासी ग्राम भैसोड बलाय पहाड थाना ड्रमण्डगंज समय करीब 13.00 बजे समाधान मे दिवस मे उपस्थित आये थे। लेकिन उनके आने के पूर्व मे ही समय करीब 12.15 बजे आवेदिका वापस चली गयी थी। आवेदिका को रूकने हेतु कहा गया लेकिन आवेदिका अपनी इच्छा से ही समय 12.15 बजे के चली गयी थी। इस वजह से ही आवेदिका द्वारा बताया गया है कि विपक्षीगण उपस्थित नही आये थे।
Submission -baseless and false reply has been given. The location of the mobile of the information seeker will tell everything. One thing is noticeable that forgery is a criminal offence and it will be dealt under the provisions of criminal procedure code and Indian penal code. The police have no right to give the absurd suggestions to the applicant. They must focus on the prayers made by the applicant in grievances and in RTI applications.
