कृपया उपर्युक्त जनसुनवाई का संदर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें। उक्त के निस्तारण कम में क्षेत्रीय प्रभारी सफाई नायक, श्री सुरेश भारती, वार्ड नं0-06 डंगहर, मो0नं0-6394120285 द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि उक्त शिकायती स्थल पर साफ-सफाई करा दिया गया है। वार्ड/क्षेत्र में नियमित साफ-सफाई एवम् कूड़े का निस्तारण तथा कीटनाशक दवा का छिड़काव कराया जा रहा है।
उक्त से अवगत होते हुए शिकायत निक्षेपित करने का कष्ट करें।

The matter concerns the beautification of the second park of the Surekapuram Colony district Mirzapur by the municipality Mirzapur City under the supervision of executive officer municipality Mirzapur city. According to the following report of the municipality Mirzapur city it is quite obvious that when the fund will be released under 15th finance then the beautification of the second park will be carried out by the municipality Mirzapur city in Surekapuram Colony.

It seems that executive officer municipality Mirzapur city did not understand the contents of the grievance which is quite obvious from his inconsistent report submitted in the matter. Ipso facto the matter does not concern with the sanitation, but it concerns with the beautification of the park in Surekapuram colony quite obvious from the report earlier submitted by junior engineer and city engineer of the municipality Mirzapur city. Whether the executive officer does not understand the mother tongue Hindi which has been written in the grievance.
