The staff of DUDA submitted arbitrary reports in the matter concerning corruption
The Report submitted by District Urban Development Agency Varanasi/DUDA Varanasi in the following complaint made on integrated grievance redressal system/IGRS of government of Uttar Pradesh is attached as the third page to the attached pdf document to this rti application. The remark in the report of the concerned staff is as follows. हस्तशिल्प ट्रेनिंग होने के उपरान्त निर्धारित पैसे नही दिये जाने के सम्बन्ध में।
वर्तमान में डूडा द्वारा कोई हस्तशिल्प ट्रेनिंग नही चलायी जा रही है, यदि शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा कोई हस्तशिल्प की ट्रेनिंग ली गयी है तो उसका साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करें, जिससे कि अग्रिम कार्यवाही की जा सके। अतः प्रकरण को निक्षेपित करने का कष्ट करें।
The grievance has been closed arbitrarily by DUDA/District Urban Development Agency with short remark that currently no such programme is being carried out by the Duda. It seems that the concerned officer of DUDA did not understand the contents of the grievance which is the root cause of the inconsistent and arbitrary report submitted by the staff of the DUDA which is a mockery of the law of land. I think that he should take the perusal of the contents of the grievances before making any comment to close the grievance. He should know that the matter raised by the applicant is not a current matter; it is more than three years old so they must not overlook the matter because this matter concerns the corruption in the working of the DUDA. This cryptic remark of the staff of DUDA also increased the incredibility of the DUDA in dealing with the matter of corruption and it indicates that corruption in the DUDA/District Urban Development Agency is promoted by the accountable staff of the DUDA itself because concerned staff is running away from the matter.
