* Description of Information Sought Umesh Kumar son of late Lal Bahadur resident of Chilh police station Chilh district Mirzapur is the sanitation worker in the office of District Panchayat Raj Officer district-Prayagraj.
Name and designation of the investigating officer: Manjari Rao Circle Officer Sadar, Mirzapur.
On the basis of written complaint of father of complainant Khattan S/O Laudhar Ram resident of Chilh police station Chilh district Mirzapur, on 20.05.2024, 03 offenders were registered at Police Station Chilh Janpad Mirzapur under NCR No. 15/24 Section 504, 427 I.P.C. Vs. Umesh Kumar son of late Lal Bahadur resident of Chilh police station Chilh district Mirzapur etc. In view of law and order, the proceedings under section 107/116 Cr.P.C., challan report has been sent by the local police station against the parties on 22.05.2022.
When the investigation officer, to investigate the matter under section 504/427 I.P.C. reached village Chilh, it was found that Umesh Kumar S/O late Lal Bahadur age 38 years, 2- Mukesh Kumar S/O late Lal Bahadur age 28 years, - Sandeep Yadav son of Subhash Yadav age 22 year were very angry and resented with the NCR written against them. They could breach the peace of the society. Therefore, Umesh Kumar and others were challaned under section 107/116 of CrPC is being run through the court, it is requested to the Honourable Court to ask them to furnish the bond of the heaviest amount.
