Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement has been made and entered into at
NAIGAON, on 28th February 2022 BEWTEEN MR, RUPESH BIJAY SHANKAR DUBEY, Adult/s,
Indian. Inhabitant/s, having address at SHIV KRUPA APT NEAR SHANTI GOVIND
SCHOOL, CHANDRAPADA NAIGAON EAST Tal and Dist PALGHAR-401207, hereinafter
referred to as the Party of the First Part(Which expression shall mean and
include is heirs, partners, executors, administrators, assigns, etc.) AND
MRS.AARTI PRAKASH KADAM, Adult, Indian Inhabitant, having address at KHAR,
DANDA PADA,234 CHAWKUTE, CHAWL 20TH ROAD NEAR SIDDHIVINAYAK MANDIR KHAR WEST
MUME 400052. (Which expression shall mean and include heirs, partners,
executors, administrators, assigns, etc.) hereinafter referred to as the Party
of the Second Part.

The
applicant paid Rs.510000 to the first party of the agreement. The mode of
payment was Rs.10000 as cash and rest of the amount through three cheques of
the State Bank of India two of them was of Rs.2 Lakhs each and the rest one was
1 lakh rupees amount.
The
applicant submitted the representation before the senior inspector having
jurisdiction to the matter concerned and concerned commissioner of police and
those representations are attached to the grievance as pages of attached PDF
document. The applicant wants to know the action taken by the concerned police
and those representations of the applicant.
Public
information officer in the office of Superintendent Police in Palghar district
must provide the following information point wise as sought by the information
seeker as follows.
1- The
information seeker submitted representation on 20th September 2023 before
senior inspector Naigaon, District-Palghar. The first four pages of the
attached pdf document to the online RTI application are the representation of
the information seeker. Next 6 pages are the bounced cheques and concerned bank
reports.
Public
information officer must provide the action taken by the senior inspector on
the representation of information seeker by the concerned senior inspector.
2- Public
information officer must provide the notings made on the representation of the
information seeker by the competent authorities of the police.
3- Public
information officer must provide the name and designation of the investigation
officer investigating the matter on the representation of information seeker.
4- The
information seeker submitted the next representation on 11th June 2024 before
commissioner Mr Madhukar Pandey, Mira Bhayandar office of the police
commissioner district Palghar. Please take a glance at the 11th and 12th pages

Here this question arises that whether the Maharashtra Police will provide the information to Aarti Prakash Kadam whitch means applicant in the matter as matter concerns the cheating of huge amount from a medium class family specially with the vulnerable lady.
ReplyDeleteIf there is transparency and accountability and there is no Nexus between the police and land mafia then concerned police personnel must provide the information to the information seekers.
ReplyDeleteIt is seems that right to Information act 2005 has been thrown into dustbin by the government because of the rampant corruption in the government machinery.
