As it has been already informed by the executive Engineer electricity distribution division second that in the matter of compensation action is taken by the chief engineer division Mirzapur. Now it is his obligatory duty to forward the matter to the chief engineer so that farmer may get compensation in the matter of the burning of crop due to short circuit. For this, applicant shall ever pray you, most respected sir.
It is quite obvious from the report of the sub divisional officer officer that he has sent the report regarding the matter to the office of executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar so next action will be taken by the excutive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar in the matter.
Please direct the concerned accountable officer to take action in the matter abruptly without any further delay as already 3 years passed and compensation to the farmer could not be provided by the local office of the Uttar Pradesh Power corporation limited.

Grievance Description-To fix the transparency and accountability in the working of the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr. Rajesh Kumar, the applicant is making the following inquiry to him under Article 51 A of the constitution of India.

उपरोक्त विषयक आपको अवगत कराना है कि, प्रार्थी श्री दयानन्द सिंह पुत्र स्व० शोभनाथ निवासी ग्राम व पोस्ट- नीबी गहरवार मीरजापुर, जिला मीरजापुर के द्वारा शार्ट सर्किट से गेहूँ की फसल जल जाने के बारे में पी०जी० पोर्टल पर आन लाईन शिकायत किया गया है जिसकी सूचना विद्युत सुरक्षा निदेशालय मीरजापुर को आन-लाईन आवेदन सं0-2324FG6303940 के माध्यम से प्रेषित कर दिया गया है, जिसके सम्बन्ध में विद्युत सुरक्षा निदेशालय के अद्योहस्ताक्षरी के द्वारा उपभोक्ता श्री दयानन्द सिंह पुत्र स्व० शोभनाथ के यहा निरीक्षण किया गया। जिसकी सूचना अधिशासी अभियन्ता विद्युत वितरण खण्ड-द्वितीय फतहा मीरजापुर के कार्यालय में पत्र के माध्यम से भेज दिया गया है।

It is quite obvious that concerned staff of the department of electricity district Mirzapur are procrastinating on this issue since April 2021 when the wheat crop was burnt due to short circuit and report was submitted by the concerned lekhpal through revenue inspector and tahsildar Sadar to the executive Engineer electricity distribution division second district Mirzapur. It is quite obvious that 3 years passed but the aggraeved applicant did not get the compensation from the Uttar Pradesh Power corporation limited as required under the law. Now they have forwarded the matter to the department of safety of energy for the appropriate action in the matter and it is quite obvious that they will also take more than 6 months as usually taken by the staff of the department of electricity in each office. Whether it is justified to procrastinate in providing the compensation to the farmers in the matter of crops burning due to the short circuit. Whether it is good governance in the state of U.P.?

There is no transparency and accountability in the working of the staff of the Purvanchal Vidyut vitran Nigam Limited in local office Mirzapur. It is obvious that more than 3 years passed and compensation is not being provided in the name of investigation which is not only surprising in but reflecting rampant corruption in the working after public authority which must be taken into account by the accountable staff of the government. Where is the honesty in the government of Uttar Pradesh farmers are not being provided compensation whose crops were burnt due to short circuit. How the grievances are redressed by the staff of the government and how the management of redress of the grievances are monitored by the accountable staff of the government are itself questions? Think about the shameless self declared honesty which is far away from the truth. There must be morality of a public staff but it seems that there is no such moral in the public staff causing the rampant corruption.
