उपर्युक्त विषयक, श्री योगी एम०पी० सिंह, मु० सुरेकापुरम, जबलपुर रोड़ मीरजापुर के ऑनलाईन अपील संख्या-DIRPR/A/2024/60458 दिनांक 25.04.2024 के द्वारा अवगत कराया गया है कि ऑनलाईन आवेदन संख्या-DIRPR/R/2024/80151 दिनांक 10.01.2024 के द्वारा मांगी गई सूचना आपको इस निर्देश के साथ प्रेषित है कि आवेदक द्वारा मांगी गई सूचना तत्काल आवेदक को उपलब्ध कराते हुए उसकी एक प्रति अधोहस्ताक्षरी कार्यालय में भी उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करें। ताकि जन सूचना अधिकार अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत प्राप्त ऑनलाईन अपील का निस्तारण किया जा
सके। उल्लेखनीय है कि निर्धारित अवधि मे आवेदक को सूचना न उपलब्ध कराये जाने पर मा० राज्य सूचना आयोग के द्वारा सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 की धारा-20 के अन्तर्गत 250 रू0 प्रतिदिन की दर से सूचना उपलब्ध न कराये जाने की तिथि तक जिसकी सीमा अधिकतम 25000 रू० तक हो सकती है। यदि आयोग द्वारा दण्ड अधिरोपित किया जाता है तो इसके लिए आप

उपर्युक्त विषयक उप निदेशक (पं०) महोदय, विन्ध्याचल मण्डल, मीरजापुर के कार्यालय पत्रांक-98 दिनांक 29.05.2024 एवं जनसूचना आनलाईन पोर्टल से प्राप्त आवेदन पत्र संख्या-DIRPR/R/2024/60458 दिनांक 25.04.2024 में आवेदक श्री योगी एम०पी० सिंह, निवासी मो०सुरेखा पुरम कालोनी, जबलपुर रोड़, मीरजापुर मो0नं0-7379105911 द्वारा प्रेषित आवेदन पत्र का संदर्भ ग्रहण करें। जिसमें सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 के अन्तर्गत आवेदक द्वारा ग्राम-नीबी गहरवार में कराये गये विकास कार्यों से सम्बन्धित कुल 05 बिन्दुओं पर सूचना मांगी गयी है। मांगी गयी सूचना ग्राम पंचायत स्तर की है।
अतः उक्त के क्रम में आवेदक द्वारा प्रेषित आनलाईन प्रार्थना पत्र की छायाप्रति संलग्न' का आपके पास सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम-2005 की धारा-6 (3) के तहत इस निर्देश के साथ अन्तरित है कि आवेदन पत्र में उल्लिखित वांछित सूचनाओं को आवेदक को अपने स्तर से नियमानुसार उपलब्ध कराते हुए उसकी एक प्रति अविलम्ब कार्यालय में प्रेषित करना सुनिश्चित करें। निर्धारित अवधि में आवेदक को सूचना न उपलब्ध कराये जाने अथवा अपूर्ण/भ्रामक सूचना उपलब्ध कराने पर मा० राज्य सूचना आयोग के द्वारा सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 20 के अन्तर्गत 250 रूपयें प्रतिदिन की दर से सूचना उपलब्ध न कराये जाने की तिथि तक जिसकी सीमा अधिकतम 25000/- तक हो सकती है। यदि आयोग द्वारा दण्ड अधिरोपित किया जाता है तो उसके लिये आप पूर्णतय

* Prayer or Relief Sought The RTI application submitted on 10th January 2024 is quite obvious from the status of the RTI application given below. It is quite obvious that more than three months passed, but it is most unfortunate district Panchayati raj officer Mirzapur did not provide any information to the appellant nor made any communication regarding the rti application with the appellant which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005.
Think about the gravity of the situation, there is no fear in the mind of the district panchayati Raj officer that action may be taken against him for violating subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.
Please direct the District Panchayati Raj Officer Mirzapur to provide information to the appellant as soon as possible and action must be taken against him for violating the provisions of the right to information act 2005.

The appellant is seeking the following information from the public information officer and because of corruption district panchayati Raj officer Mirzapur is running away from providing information to the appellant which reflects the Jungle Raj in the working of the public authority.
1- Public information officer may provide the estimates of the developmental schemes executed in the village panchayat- Nibi Gaharwar, development block- Chhanbey, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh in the last three years.
2- Public information officer may provide the distribution of government fund in the developmental schemes executed in the village panchayat- Nibi Gaharwar, development block- Chhanbey, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh in the last three years.
3- Public information officer may provide the work booklet of the developmental schemes executed in the village panchayat- Nibi Gaharwar, development block- Chhanbey, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh in the last three years.
4-Public information officer may provide the Description of the release of the government fund for the developmental schemes executed in the village panchayat- Nibi Gaharwar, development block- Chhanbey, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh in the last three years.

Right to Information Act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities but because of rampant corruption in the working of the subsequent governments this transparency act has been thrown into the dustbin quite obvious from the conservative approach of the corrupt officers of the government. Please take appropriate action in the matter in order to protect the arbitrary violation of the provisions of right to information act 2005.
