जनसूचना अधिकारी को अन्तरित किया जा चुका है। नियमानुसार निर्धारित अवधि में सूचना न प्राप्त होने / सूचना से असंतुष्ट होने पर आवेदक द्वारा दिनांक 10.03.2024 को ऑनलाइन प्रथम अपील आवेदन किया गया, जिसके क्रम में ऑनलाइन प्राप्त प्रथम अपील की सुनवाई दिनांक 20.03.2024 को नियत करते हुए अपीलकर्ता को सुनवाई हेतु सूचना प्रेषित की गई। सुनवाई की नियत तिथि पर अपीलकर्ता उपस्थित नहीं हुए।
सम्बन्धित जनसूचना अधिकारी / उनके प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित हुए। सुनवाई के समय पत्रावली के परिशीलन से विदित हुआ कि अपीलार्थी को सूचना प्रेषित किये जाने का कोई अभिलेखीय साक्ष्य पत्रावली में उपलब्ध नहीं है। अतः आदेशित किया जाता है कि प्रभारी अधिकारी, कानपुर रोड योजना / ज०सू०अ०, ल०वि०प्रा० इस आदेश के पारित होने के 15 दिवस के अन्दर आवेदक के ऑनलाइन आवेदन के सापेक्ष नियमानुसार प्रदाय किये जाने योग्य सूचनाएं अपीलार्थी को उपलब्ध कराएं।
