The matter concerns the working of the regional transport officer district Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh concerning the renewal of driving licence of the applicant.
The applicant is seeking the details of the medical practitioner authorised by the government of Uttar Pradesh to provide this medical certificate in the matter of renewal of driving licence. The applicant has submitted 2 representations, first is the grievance at the public grievance portal of the government of India and the second is application submitted under subsection 1 of section 6 of the right to information act 2005.The following feedback complaint submitted by the applicant on the portal of the department of transport government of India which has following reference must be taken into account by the concerned competent authority.

Name of medical practitioner providing medical certificate for D.L. renewal must be accessible in the public domain but there Is no such available information in the public domain. This is the root cause of the difficulty of the applicant in uploading the documents on the portal of the government of India belonging to the Department of transport.

1- Please provide the name of the medical practitioner appointed for the purpose by the state government or person authorised in this behalf by the state government.
2- Please provide the designation and office details of the medical practitioner so that the applicant can make contact to the staff of the government in order to avail a medical certificate in order to facilitate a new driving licence to the applicant.
3- The medical certificate provided by the medical practitioner will be uploaded by the applicant as the second upload on the Sarthi Portal of the government of India to get the renewal of the driving licence.

It is quite obvious that assistant regional transport officer Mirzapur did not take the perusal of the pints of the content of the grievance submitted by the aggrieved applicant. It reflects the carelessness of the subordinate staff of the assistant regional transport officer district Mirzapur which must be corrected. Now I come to the error made in the driving licence provided by the regional transport officer district Mirzapur. They had to write my address of the Mirzapur City not my village address but they have mentioned village address on my driving licence which is blunder on the part of the assistant regional transport officer Mirzapur which is showing the laxity to duty by the assistant regional transport officer. It seems that there is complete mismanagement in the working of the assistant regional transport officer Mirzapur in providing the driving licence and a renewal of the driving licences of the applicants. Please be alert in performing duties allotted by government.
