Most respected Sir, the following misleading information provided by the concerned assistant Public Information Officer. For the more details vide first and second page of the attached PDF document to this appeal.

Subject- Regarding letter number Public Information Online 41/24 dated 03.05.24, regarding the public information sought by the applicant Rupak Dubey son Radheshyam Dubey resident of village Bhiti, Police Station Rajgarh District Mirzapur.
Sir, the applicant Rupak Dubey has sought information regarding not registering FIR on the application given by him at the local police station. After examining the records of the local police station, no application has been made by the applicant. FIR No. 58/24 Section 186, 384, 504, 506 IPC vs Rupak Dubey has been registered against the applicant at the local police station on 12.04.24. The report is respectfully sent to service.

The appellant sought the following 3 point formation from the Public Information Officer.
1- From the seventh page of the attached PDF document to the RTI application, it is quite obvious that the information seeker submitted representation on 10th April 2024 in its own handwriting before the station house officer police station Rajgarh district Mirzapur.
The Public Information Officer may provide the action taken report on the representation of the information seeker.
2- The applicant requested to register the First information report against the irregularities concerning the community health centre Rajgarh on 10th April 2024 i.e. against its superintendent but the station house officer denied it. The most surprising thing is that after 2 days that is on 12th April 2024 a first information report was registered against the information seeker by the station house officer at the behest of the superintendent of the health community center Rajgarh.
Please provide the reason for not registering the first information report of an assistant reporter/information seeker of a media which is known as the 4th pillar of this democracy.
3- Please provide the provisions of law which prevents the reporters of the media from collecting the evidence concerning the public work in audio visual form to provide its access to the public in a transparent and accountable manner.
The appellant submitted the representation on 10th April 2024 to the station house officer of Rajgarh police station which copy was taken by the applicant in his mobile this is attached as the third page to this PDF document attached to this appeal.
The fourth page of the attached PDF document to this appeal is the photograph of the Police vehicle and police personnel which was taken by the appellant in the morning of 10th April 2024 at 9:27 in the morning which is proven evidence of the applicant to remain present in the police station.
Think about the mismanagement in the working of the police that representation taken from the ordinary citizens is not managed by the staff of the concerned police station Rajgarh which is a mockery of the law of the land and injustice to the people seeking for justice.
Please direct the Public Information Officer to provide the three point information point wise as sought by the appellant instead of escaping from providing sought information to conceal corruption..
