* Prayer or Relief Sought Most respected first appellate authority in the office of superintendent of police district Mirzapur, concerned police station working under the station house officer Jigna provided a summary of clutters having no relation with the information sought by the appellant.
Most respected sir right to Information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authors authorities so that growing corruption in the working of public authorities may be controlled.
It is most unfortunate that assistant Public Information Officer which means circle officer Lalganj district Mirzapur instead of taking the perusal of information provided by the station house officer Jigna in the matter submitted as it is without examining it. The information which has been sought by the information seeker has not been provided by the station house officer. Most respected Sir, for this misleading clutters,Public Information Officer in the office of superintendent of Police is accountable.
Most respected sir the appellant has sought following three point information from Public Information Officer in the office of superintendent of Police district Mirzapur which has not been provided by the assistant Public Information Officer Lalganj, district Mirzapur still.
1- Station house officer, police station jigna had assured the applicant that the opposite party will not do the wire fencing of the controversial land.
Station house officer jigna must provide the reason for the wire fencing around the controversial land by the opposite party.
2- Stamp cases D202316530000370 and D2023165000370 are registered against the offenders for the theft of heavy stamp duty in the process of registry of the land. Jigna police allowed the offenders to take the possession of the land illegally which caused huge loss to the public exchequer quite obvious from the attached documents and contents provided earlier.
Jigna police must provide the status of recovery as it allowed the possession of the controversial land illegally to the offenders.
3- Police must register the case of the land grabbing against the offenders as it had assured the applicant to maintain the status for in its report.
Please provide the reason for not registering the first information report of land grabbing against the offenders.
Most respected first appellate authority please direct the Public Information Officer in the office of superintendent of Police district Mirzapur to provide these 3 point information at the earliest.

It is quite obvious that the police is running away from its accountability by providing misleading information to the information seeker.
