उक्त के सन्दर्भ में अवगत कराना है कि जनसूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम-2005 की धारा 08 (ञ) के तहत ऐसी सूचना देय नही है जो व्यकतिगत सूचना से सम्बन्ध रखती है। जिसका प्रकटन किसी लोक क्रिया कलाप या हित के सम्बन्ध नही रखता है या व्यष्टि की एकांकता पर अनावश्यक अतिक्रमण होगा तथा जनसूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम-2005 की धारा 11 के तहत ऐसी सूचना देय नही है जो पर व्यक्ति से सम्बन्ध रखती हो।
अतः उपरोक्त कारणों को दृष्टीगत रखते हुये आपको सूचना उपलब्ध करा पाना सम्भव नही है।

* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following status of the iiti application, it is quite obvious that the rti application of the appellant was received in the office of public authority on 23rd march 2024 which was forwarded to the concerned public information officer on 18th April 2024 which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005. It is most unfortunate that the concerned public information officer did not provide any information to the information seeker yet. Here it is relevant to quote the maxim, justice without force is impotent and force without justice is tyranny. It is an obligatory duty of the Department of police to maintain law and order in the state and law and order is the state subject in the Indian Constitution. Whether the provisions of right to information act are not being violated by the Department of police in the state of Uttar Pradesh repeatedly. Cyber fraud of Rs 5,72,220 from bank account of Bindra Prasad Bind under S.H.O. Jigna is the second cyber-crime in a short interval is not reflecting the failure of law and order in the state of Uttar Pradesh because such incidences are quite common in the state, Our chief minister says that criminal activities in the state of Uttar Pradesh is under full control but numerous incidences of cyber crime created precarious situation in the state and it is most dangerous than robbery and other criminal incidences. It is most unfortunate that not a single cyber crime has been worked out by the police in the district Mirzapur and the record of police in other districts is no more different. The Right to Information Act 2005 was introduced by the government of India under the regime of Congress to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities but it seems that subsequent governments in the country threw these provisions of law into a dustbin. This is a humble request of the appellant to the first appellate authority to direct the public information officer to provide the information to the appellant at the earliest.
