Grievance Description
It seems that the investigation officer is incompetent to understand the contents of the grievance because since the beginning the applicant is claiming that the road is not public Road because this road is the private road which is quite obvious from the attached document to the grievance. Here points are dispute are- 1- Who authorised the opposition to make wall for the private road of the applicant?
2- Who authorised the Kamla Dayal to put the submersible pump in the private road of the applicant?
The matter concerns the working of the Commissioner, Lucknow police and offence committed by his subordinates.
It is quite obvious that the report submitted by the investigation officer under the supervision of the assistant commissioner of police belonging to the commissionerate Lucknow.
Most respected sir the report submitted by the concerned investigation officer in the following grievance is arbitrary and inconsistent and a biased approach supporting the opposition party who belong to the department of police commissionerate Lucknow. This report is attached as the last page of the attached PDF document to this grievance.

Most respected sir road which has been described by the investigation officer in its report does not belong to the opposition because this road is the private road of the applicant which has been purchased from the landlord and the opposition have made houses in their purchased land and there is no Road for these people and they are using my private road. It is quite obvious that the applicant has submitted more than two dozen applications in the matter and in those applications the applicant has categorically explained that there is no Road for the opposition they have grabbed the private road of the applicant. Think about the biased approach of the investigation officer who is submitting the report under the direction of the opposition party members who also belong to the department of police which is a mockery of the law of land and there is no transparency and accountability in the working of the police. This is a humble request of the applicant to ensure transparency and accountability in the working of the police to win the confidence of the common people.

The matter concerns grabbing of the land which must be processed under the criminal procedure code and Indian penal code and it will be entertained by the police concerned.
Think about the gravity of the situation when the entire family members of the applicant were called in the police station and construction of the opposite parties took place in the private road of the applicant then concerned Kotwal of the Krishna Nagar police station did not say that the matter concerns the municipal corporation and nagar panchayat.
In this matter police have two options, one of them is to provide the copy of the order of the competent authority which allowed the offenders to do the illegal construction in the private road of the applicant so that the applicant may challenge it to the proper court and the second option is to register the case against the offenders under the following sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Section 441 (Criminal Trespass), Section 425 (Mischief), Section420 (Cheating), 442 (House Trespass), Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation).
Whether these sections of the Indian penal code 1860 can be applied by the personnel of the municipal corporation of Lucknow and Nagar Panchayat of Lucknow as being claimed by the concerned investigation officer in cryptic and mysterious ways.
When will action be taken against the Kotwal of Krishna Nagar police station by the commissioner of Lucknow police who remained instrumental in the grabbing of the private road of the applicant?
