कृपया आई०जी०आर०एस० के सन्दर्भ संख्या: 60000240073784 दिनांक 03.04.2024 के माध्यम से प्राप्त शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र शिकायतकर्ता श्री इन्द्रदेव यादव पुत्र खट्टर निवासी चील्ह थाना चील्ह जनपद मीरजापुर (9118208936) के शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र की जाँच कर आख्या उपलब्ध कराये जाने विषयक है।.
1-आवेदक/शिकायतकर्ता का नाम/पिता का नाम पता व मोबाइल नम्बर- शिकायतकर्ता श्री इन्द्रदेव यादव पुत्र खट्टर निवासी चील्ह थाना चील्ह जनपद मीरजापुर (9118208936) है।
2- विपक्षी का नाम, पता व मोबाइल नम्बर- उमेश यादव पुत्र लल्लू निवासी चील्ह थाना चील्ह जनपद मीरजापुर (8985254986) है।
3-शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा की गयी शिकायत का विवरण-शिकायतकर्ता उपरोक्त द्वारा बताया जा रहा है कि विपक्षी द्वारा प्रार्थी के परिवार में हस्तक्षेप एवं घर आकर अकस्मात हमला, मारपीट व जान से मारने की धमकी देने के सम्बंध में, आदि कतिपय आरोप अंकित है।
4-जाँच करने वाले अधिकारी का नाम व पद-मंजरी राव क्षेत्राधिकारी सदर, मीरजापुर।
5-जांच का सारांश/निष्कर्ष- शिकायतकर्ता श्री इन्द्रदेव यादव पुत्र खट्टर निवासी चील्ह थाना चील्ह जनपद मीरजापुर (9118208936) के शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र के जांच के क्रम में थानाध्यक्ष की आख्या व मौके पर मिले (1) भारतेन्दु निवासी मलाधरपुर थाना चील्ह जनपद मीरजापुर मो0नं0 9415119209 (2) संजय यादव निवासी चील्ह थाना चील्ह जनपद मीरजापुर मो0नं0-9956991299 के समक्ष पूछताछ तथा अन्य श्रोतो से जानकारी की गयी तो पाया गया कि शिकायतकर्ता श्री इन्द्रदेव उपरोक्त की शादी सुबाष यादव की पुत्री प्रिंयका यादव ग्राम गोरीडिहवां थाना औराई जनपद भदोही के साथ हुआ था। उभय पक्ष एक दूसरे पर चरित्र का संदेह करते रहते है, इसी बात से क्षुब्ध होकर शिकायतकर्ता की पत्नी प्रियंका यादव अपने मायके ग्राम गोरडिहवां चली गयी। शिकायतकर्ता की पत्नी प्रियंका यादव के मायके वाले व जीजा उमेश यादव जो इलाहाबाद में सफाई कर्मी के पद कार्यरत है, जो दिनांक 22.04.2024 को शिकायतकर्ता के घर विदाई कराने की बात विपक्षी द्वारा कही गयी तो, विपक्षी व शिकायतकर्ता के पिता खट्टर उपरोक्त के मध्य आपसी कहासुनी व गाली गलौज हुआ था। जिसके सम्बंध में शिकायतकर्ता के पिता खट्टन पुत्र लऊधर राम निवासी चील्ह थाना चील्ह जनपद मीरजापुर के लिखित तहरीर के आधार पर दिनांक 20.05.2024 को थाना चील्ह जनपद मीरजापुर पर एनसीआर नं0 15/24 धारा 504,427 भादवि बनाम उमेश कुमार पुत्र स्व० लालबहादूर निवासी चील्ह थाना चील्ह जनपद मीरजापुर आदि 03 नफर पंजीकृत किया गया। शांति / विधि व्यवस्था के दृष्टिगत उभय पक्षों के विरुद्ध थाना स्थानीय पुलिस द्वारा चालानी रिपोर्ट अन्तर्गत धारा 107/116 दं०प्र०सं० की कार्यवाही 24.05.2024 को प्रेषित किया जा चुका है। शिकायतकर्ता प्रार्थना पत्र पेशबंदी व अपने बचाव में दिया गया है, शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा लगाये गये कतिपय आरोप की पुष्टि अब तक की जांच से नहीं हो रही है।

Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the station house officer, police station- Chilh, district-Mirzapur.
Subject -To register First Information Report against the offenders who attacked the family members of the applicant.
Place of incident-at the house of victim, village- Chilh under police station- ChilhDate of the incident-31st March 2024,
Name and address of the offenders are as follows.

Submissions of the case are as follows.
1- The details of the applicant are as follows. Name -Indradev Yadav S/O Khattar Yadav, village and post office- Chilh, district- Mirzapur, mobile number 9118208936.
2- Priyanka Yadav is the wife of the applicant having extramarital affairs with her brother in law. Umesh Yadav S/O late Lallu Yadav is the brother in law and mastermind of all the criminal activity in the matter. Umesh Yadav is hatching a conspiracy to break the marriage relationship between wife and husband to keep my wife as his Paramour permanently. Consequently, he wants to destroy not only the future of the applicant as well as his wife.
4- When the applicant makes an objection to this relation which is not legitimate then the brother in law of my wife hurls abuses on the applicant and even quarrels by coming to the home of the applicant.
5- On the date of the tragic incident all the offenders criminally assaulted the applicant and they did not leave the old mother of the applicant. Such humiliation and physical assault on the applicant and his mother pressed the applicant to seek the shelter of the police because there is no other option for the applicant.
6-The applicant submitted the representation before the superintendent of police district Mirzapur for taking appropriate action in the matter which copy is attached to this grievance in the PDF form consisting of two pages.
This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected sir, please take appropriate action in the matter so that a first information report must be registered in the matter of criminal assault by the offenders on the applicant and his mother. For this, the applicant shall ever pray to you most respected sir.

Most respected sir it is quite ideas that aggrieved applicant requested to register first information report in the matter as quite obvious that they assaulted the family members of the applicant and they did not spared even women of the family. From the report of the concerned investigation officer it is quite ideas that Police is not taking any action against the offenders on contrary police fabricated the members of the applicant under section 107 and 116 of the criminal penal codes. Whether it is not a biased approach of the concerned police as the police acting against the victims after incident which will promote the criminal activities in the area. Instead of proactive to the victim and against the offenders police is working contrary to it. There must be transparency and accountability in the working of the police this is not showing apprently. Here police is only frustrated the justice Seeker and promoting offenders this is the root cause of uncontrolled criminal activities
