Subject: Regarding, taking action on the basis of investigation of complaints made by Shri Jai Chand Maurya, resident of village Manauwa Post Khamaria district Mirzapur against Dr. Pradeep Kumar, Physician, Maharaja Chet Singh District Hospital, Gyanpur district Bhadohi.

The below mentioned IGRS reference numbers 60000230177675, 60000230177663, 6000030177667, 60000230177799, 6000030177498 were sent by Shri Jaichandra Maurya, resident of village Manauwa, Post Khamaria, district Mirzapur against Dr. Pradeep Kumar Yadav, Physician, Maharaja Chet Singh District Hospital, Gyanpur.
There is a complaint that Dr. Pradeep Kumar Yadav, Physician, Maharaja Chet Singh District Hospital, Gyanpur.does private practice in Chhote Lal Bind Hospital Baraut District Prayagraj, for the settlement of which two district level investigation officers Dr. J.C. Saroj, Additional Chief Medical Officer, District Bhadohi and Dr. A.K. Maurya, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, District Bhadohi were nominated for the investigation. In the evidence provided by the applicant, the name plate of Dr. PK Yadav (Physician) was affixed, (photocopy enclosed) but when the investigation officer conducted the investigation on 11.11.2024, the name plate of Dr. PK Yadav (Physician) was not found (photocopy enclosed), the paramedical staff present at the hospital said that when patients come to see Dr. PK Yadav, then he is called by phone call, from the said statement and the investigation report sent by the investigation officer, it is clear that Dr. PK Yadav (Physician) does private practice in Chhote Lal Bind Hospital Baraut District Prayagraj.
Chhote Lal Bind Hospital Baraut District Prayagraj comes under the jurisdiction of Chief Medical Officer Prayagraj, due to which Dr. Yadav and Chief Medical Superintendent, Maharaja Chet Singh, District Hospital Gyanpur District Bhadohi are not cooperating in the above investigation. Most respected Sir is kindly requested to take necessary action as per rules after reviewing the above investigation report.

PIO must provide the following information point wise at the earliest as follows.
1- CMO Prayagraj must provide the provisions of law for allowing private practice in Chhote Lal Bind Hospital Baraut District Prayagraj as private practise by government doctors is illegal.
2- The right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system. CMO Prayagraj must provide the reason for not taking action against private hospital after communication of CMO Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi.
3- Provide the action taken against Chhote Lal Bind Hospital Baraut District Prayagraj by CMO Prayagraj.
Please provide 3 points information at the earliest within time as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of The right to Information act 2005.
