The matter concerns the poor network of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in district Mirzapur.

There is no network coverage of the bharat sanchar nigam limited for 3 days and they are not thinking about to resume it.

The applicant is facing this issue on the following two mobile numbers.

This time they surprised us because of their negligence to the duty, it is implying that how much they are negligent in providing the services to the customers.

Whether it is not reflecting serious negligence to the duty that they did not correct the paralyzed network which is disturbed for three days.

The applicant has made several complaints regarding improper network coverage but this time they have crossed every limit which is quite obvious from their lackadaisical approach in resolving the problems of the customers.

Whether they do not think that what is their obligatory duties to the customers.

Modi sir there is no other option except to privatise the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. It seems that there is jungle raj in the working of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited which is quite obvious from their lackadaisical approach in resolving the problems of the customers.

Today the applicant could not see online video which provided live broadcast of the election result 2024 of national channels. It is most surprising that download and upload speed was showing very much high but there was no smooth play of the videos both in iPad as well as in the Android set. Undoubtedly it is a welcome step on the part of you that you have removed your old system in order to renovate it but this new system must work according to the demand of the consumers. In which global era there is wide range of competitions among the service providers so it is obligatory duty of the staff of the service providing company to pay heed to the problems raised by the consumers regarding the services being provided by the service providers. I could not understand whether there was problem in the live broadcast of the national channels or there was problem in network coverage being provided by the service provider because it was showing the same signal as it is in the poor network.
