XML sitemaps are there to inform search engines of pages on your site. They are NOT a requirement for crawling or indexing but can be helpful on larger sites.

Google crawling primarily occurs from following links on or to your site and is in no way restricted by URLs on a sitemap.

Thus, for informational purposes, Google will report pages that it encounters that cannot be indexed for one reason or another. This does not indicate a problem and no action item is needed. But the information could be helpful if the pages should be indexed.

The following is sitemap
https://www.yogi.systems/sitemap.xml
Here hosting service provider is Google which is not providing access to google bot.
What is the need to fill the Google search control with such clutters?
Google search console team must confine to the site map and the specified urls which are allowed by the Google hosting service provider from the site map.
Starts with: https://www.yogi.systems/feeds/ is not supported by google hosting service provider and also no included in sitemap. Starts with: http://www.yogi.systems/ are also not included in site map. It is most unfortunate that entire Google search console is flooded with such URLs which cannot be indexed. If blogger requests to remove these URLs then they do not remove it quite obvious from their cryptic dealings. This is a cryptic dealing and there is a conspiracy behind it to create hurdle in providing services. There are many frauds active on the Internet having support of Google exploiting money from new developers in the name of correcting the Google search data.

Dear friend Mr Diamond Product Expert
Optimist Prime, you replied as

Here the matter concerns as follows.
Blocked due to access forbidden (403)
These pages aren't indexed or served on Google
The matter is specific to Google bot and Google hosting server for blogger websites especially Google domains.
Here Google internet protocol numbers/addresses denied access to the Google bot if Google votes access websites on those urls which are not included in site map i.e. specific urls.
Consequently Google search console is flooded with such clutter in the form of a large number of useless urls that only create difficulty to the users and lower the credibility of the search console.
If specific urls are denied access then why such urls are being collected in the Google search console which will never be indexed?

Google is just letting you know that it found a given URL and that it could not be indexed in this case due to the 403 header response.
This is inconsequential if the page should not be indexed. But would be very helpful if the server were blocking Google unintentionally.

This is just information which might be very useful in diagnosing problems. But can be disregarded otherwise.

If the access of the particular pages of the website by Google bot is prohibited then whether crawling will be possible? Here Google bot has been denied access by Google hosting service provider but unfortunately you did not take the perusal. You are far away from the raised topic.

  • helps search engines focus crawling on more important pages In my view-Here URLs starting with https://www.yogi.systems/feeds/ currently Affected pages 330 why Google bot did not crawl on more important pages? I think that there are more than 2000 such pages in the Google search console. Whether it is healthy practise?
  • prevents indexation of pages that are not helpful for searchers In my view-This goal can be achieved if they will remain confined to the site map. Clutters of numerous useless URLs Whose access are denied by the Google hosting service provider internet Protocall addresses will only create confusion in the Google search console.
  • reduces the chance that the content on those pages could confuse search engines In my view-huge number of worthless URLs created by Google bots in the Google search consol can never be beneficial for the users.
  • prevents search engines from accessing private data In my view- Here HTML page is opening so it cannot be claimed that Google servers are preventing the Google Bot from accessing the private data
