Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the superintendent of police district Mirzapur and station house officer police station- Chilh, comes under the ambit of superintendent of police district Mirzapur who did not take any action in the matter concerning deep rooted anarchy in the society even after numerous representations submitted by the applicant in the matter.
In our canon law it is generally accepted two types of proof of corruption in the working of the public authority. 1- direct evidence of corruption and 2- circumstantial evidence of corruption.
Whether there is accountability in the governance of the state then it is obligatory duty of the concerned staff to reveal the reason for the delay in this matter to provide justice to the applicant because they have already made undue delay in the matter. They had to dispose of the grievances at the earliest are within 30 days from the date when the grievance was submitted on the portal of the Government of India.
Most respected sir, please take the perusal of the following grievance which status is showing that this grievance was submitted on 3rd April 2024 and it is 13th May 2024 which means one month 10 days passed but no action taken by the concerned station house officer in the matter because matter is still pending on the public grievance portal of the Government of India.

Now the applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the most respected sir to the following grievance which was submitted by the applicant on 16th April 2024 on the public grievance portal but still pending on the portal of the Government of India which is showing the lackadaisical approach of the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the matter concerning the criminal activities in the society showing failure of law and order in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

This implies that 16th days passed and no action has been taken by the concerned station house officer on this grievance which is showing lack of monitoring spirit in the activity of the district headquarters.
