From the following status of the grievance it is quite obvious that the grievance was closed arbitrarily by the concerned staff of the department of ministry of petroleum on 9th April 2024 without submitting any report in the matter.

Thereafter the staff of the call centre took the feedback of the aggrieved applicant 15th April 2024 and feedback of non-satisfaction was taken. Consequently concerned staff of the call centre raised the appeal in the matter.

The applicant had made the following request in the grievance as follows.

Please provide the current status of the proceedings done by the department regarding the following reports concerning the violations of notifications issued by the government and construction by the unlawful elements in the danger zone which may cause a hazardous effect.

In the similar matter, when the applicant was installing hand pump, then swift action was taken by the personnel of the department and now they are adopting a lackadaisical approach reflecting the biased approach of the department.

Article 14 of the constitution of India-Everyone is alike before the law and everyone has equal protection of the law but in this case, there is partiality quite obvious from the procrastination of the department. Why was the line of demarcation not decided earlier when the concerned took swift action?
