Whether accounts are opened in the bank by the name of website no location no name of the account holder is provided then how KYC of the website is verified which is essential according to the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India. There are numerous websites of the same name on the Internet.

Dear staff of the service providing agency I have taken the subscription of your service and paid for it but because of your non responding services and non supporting approach of the email messages sent by the customer on your help desk email.
I have just cancelled your subscription so refund my paid money for the subscription.
I was surprised during the purchasing of the subscription when money deducted from my bank account without verification of one time password.

It seems that there is no transparency and accountability in providing services by your agency.
If your performance is not better than Google search console then what is the need of your services.

If the customer wants to change the subscription plan then how the amount would be adjusted paid earlier? It would be appropriate if you will provide your office details like location and other details. How will you provide service it is not reflecting in the account? Whether your service providing agency is only operated through robots not by manpower?

The matter concerns the failure of the SMS services of the State Bank of India which is resulting in non-sending one time password on the registered mobile number of the applicant causing failure of the Internet banking transactions.
The registered mobile number of the applicant with the state Bank of India is 7379105911 which service providing company is Jio.

Because of the failure of the SMS services of the State Bank of India on the registered mobile number of the applicant, account services is not accessible to the applicant which reflects the mismanagement in the working of the State Bank of India.
This is not the first time when such problems arise in the other financial years the applicant has faced same problems and after repeated representations the staff of the State Bank of India resolve the problem.
Because of the corruption and mismanagement in the working of the state Bank of India it does not seem that state Bank of India is a nationalised bank.

The remark of the branch manager of the city branch of the State Bank of India district Mirzapur is as follows. We have already updated the mentioned mobile no 7379105911 in the account 34645721675 at our end. It seems that he did not understand the contents of the grievance this is the Root Cause of this arbitrary and inconsistent reply, but my problem has been resolved so I don't want to move forward in the matter.
