The matter concerns the failure of the sms services of the State Bank of India which is resulting in non sending one time password on the registered mobile number of the applicant causing failure of the Internet banking transactions​.

The registered mobile number of the applicant with the state Bank of India is 7379105911 which service providing company is Jio.

The first transaction failed on the RTI portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh yesterday which details are as follows.

Because of the failure of the SMS services of the State Bank of India on the registered mobile number of the applicant​, account services is not accessible to the applicant which reflects the mismanagement in the working of the State Bank of India​.

This is not the first time when such problems arise in the other financial years the applicant has faced same problems and after repeated representations the staff of the State Bank of India resolve the problem.

Because of the corruption and mismanagement in the working of the state Bank of India it does not seem that state Bank of India is a nationalised bank.
