My outgoing call did not connect with this mobile number of Sadha Tiwari but when Sadhna Tiwari made call to the applicant then it was received on my mobile number. For more details, please take a glass of 5th page of attached PDF document to the grievance.
Please provide the reason why the mobile of the Sadhna Tiwari is showing engaged when the call is made by the applicant, moreover it was properly checked by the applicant and other people my number is not blocked on that mobile number.

It is quite obvious that staff of the service providing company Reliance JIO Infocom Limited assured the applicant as follows.
This is with reference to your complaint regarding Network connectivity/Data speed. We would like to inform you that our network team had investigated the impacted location and found that there is temporary outage at serving cell site and team is working and same is expected to resolve within 7 days. We have contacted Mr. Mahesh Pratap Singh on 9336252631 dated 11/03/2024 and information shared.
The applicant has attached the four screen shots of the network speed test taken by the applicant which must be perused by most respected sir. Whether the temporary network outage has been rectified by the concerned team as speculated in the report submitted on the public grievance por

This is with reference to DOT complaint no. DOTEL/E/2024/0010709 related to unable to call specific number. Acknowledging the complaint, our team outcalled the customer and spoke to Mr. Mahesh Pratap Singh on 7379105911 and informed him you are able to call on other number and issue with specific number. Hence, requested customer to check if any suspicious settings, application or any blocking available at B party end. Also, if possible customer can try inserting the SIM in other Handset. Whether the temporary network outage has been rectified by the concerned team as speculated in the report submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India.
The matter concerns the slow network speed and improper network coverage concerning the mobile number 9696389653 of the Jio service provider company. Here matters concern improper network coverage which means network gap not speed issue. Today your network made us cry. The staff of the jio assured the applicant to resolve the issue in 10-20 days. It is most unfortunate that the situation has been more grim.
