Grievance Description

It is quite obvious that concerned lekhpal submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter which is attached as the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. There is rampant corruption in the working of the tehsil Sadar which is the root cause, the transitory land belonging to the family of the applicant has been grabbed by the husband of the gram pradhan colluding with the police and staff of the tahsil Sadar. The arbitrary and inconsistent report of the lekhpal forwarded by the revenue inspector under the supervision of the tahsildar Sadar is the outcome of the corruption prevailed in the working of the public authority.

Grievance Description-This application concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrate sadar, district-Mirzapur who could not direct the concerned lekhpal and revenue inspector to do the pakki Pai Mise of the land to destroy the root of controversy. In the year 2022, entire formalities completed by the deceased father of the applicant and treasury challan of Rs.1000 was also made but what was the loss is covered under carpet.

Short submissions of the applicant are as follows.

1-From the attached document to the grievance it is quite obvious that rupees 1000 deposited by the father of the applicant for the pakki paimaise of the land and appropriate proceedings have been carried out in the matter.

2-It is quite obvious that since no illegal gratification was provided to the concerned staff of the tehsil so they did not do the paimaise of the land even after the appropriate formalities were completed by the father of the applicant.

3-It is quite obvious that the government has decided Rs.1000 for the pakki paimaise of the land but it is most unfortunate that even after depositing the fee for paimaise of the land concerned staff of the tehsil Sadar demands huge bribe from the aggrieved people. Which reflects the deep rooted corruption in the working of the public authority.

Every offence has two types of witnesses/evidence, first is direct evidence and the second is circumstantial evidence, undoubtedly the applicant cannot prove the direct evidence of corruption in the matter but it is certain that applicant can prove the circumstantial evidence of corruption in the matter if most respected sir will provide the opportunity to the applicant.

This is a humble request of the applicant to the district magistrate Mirzapur to order an enquiry into the matter of corruption so that corrupt people responsible for the land grabbing of the transitory land of the applicant must be put behind the bar.
