Grievance Description

The applicant is not satisfied with the report submitted by the investigation officer because even after registration of the first information report the transaction made by misusing the PAN of the applicant has been doubled in one year.

Grievance Status for registration number : GOVUP/E/2024/0004429, Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant-Mahesh Pratap Singh alias Yogi M. P. Singh, Date of Receipt- 18/01/2024, Received By Ministry/Department-Uttar Pradesh

The matter concerns the working of the inspector Kotwali Katra district Mirzapur under the supervision of the superintendent of police district Mirzapur where the first information report is not registered according to the prayer of the victim. Please direct the concerned police to include the name of prime offenders by rectifying the first information report. For this applicant shall ever pay you Honourable sir.

The applicant requested Inspector Kotwali Katra District Mirzapur to register a first information report as follows. Please register F.I.R. under Section 466, 467,468,469,420, IT Act, 471 of I.P.C. against Manish Mishra, CIT e-Verification and Mohammad Daud Ahmad, Income Tax Officer (I & CI) Tax Building, Civil Lines, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. For more details, vide attached document to the grievance.

Most respected Sir, the first information report is registered according to the statement of the victim but it has not been followed in my case quite obvious from the prayer made and subsequent first information report registered by the police attached to the grievance. Transaction of Rs.343877662 by misusing PAN but Anti cyber crime police Mirzapur could do nothing after registering the first information report in the matter of cyber fraud.

Some significant information available with the Income Tax Department includes the following: Business receipts - Rs 4,65,76,920

GST purchases - Rs 12,20,99,234, GST turnover - Rs 16,32,92,127, Rent received - Rs 1,19,09,381,Total amount- Rs.343877662

In A.I,S. i.e. annual information statement Mobile number -7024188072 and email- dngoldraipur18@gmail.com but the Manish Mishra, CIT e-Verification and Mohammad Daud Ahmad, Income Tax Officer (I & CI) Tax Building, Civil Lines, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh streamed notices on the emails and mobile number of the applicant. This implies that they have shared the information of the applicant and conspired with the applicant with ulterior motives to harass the applicant.

The applicant submitted the representation to register a first information report against Manish Mishra, CIT e-Verification and Mohammad Daud Ahmad, Income Tax Officer (I & CI) Tax Building, Civil Lines, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. Concerned investigation officer submitted in his report that investigation is continued in the matter when the feedback will be received then first information report will be rectified but it is most unfortunate that when the applicant had made representation to register first information report against two main accused then it was the obligatory duty of the concerned police to register the first information report against the main offenders.

Think about the gravity of the situation, after three tax evasion petitions which are being entertained by the Department of income tax and one first information report has been registered in the matter by the police, but bogus transactions related to PAN by the fraudulent elements is continued.

Whether the duty of the police has been over because it has registered F.I.R. in the matter if not then it is obligatory duty of police to nab the culprits who are responsible for the fraudulent transactions by misusing the PAN.

Increase of 18 crore in one year is a matter of concern even when the police has registered the first information report in the matter which must be taken into account. It is quite obvious that the applicant has submitted 44 page documents concerning the transactions which is available to the police and in that document there is details of the PAN numbers which are instrumental in reaching to concerned people but it seems that police is not serious about case quite obvious from Lackadaisical approach of police,
