The matter concerns the working of the district supply officer, district Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. The staff of the district supply officer took arbitrary action against the vulnerable applicant whose constitutional and human rights have been violated by the concerned public staff. It is most unfortunate that those indulged in corrupt activities by taking the blessings of the concerned accountable public staff were set free and people belonging to the weaker and downtrodden section were made scapegoats.

The complaint has been made in connection with the said that as per the report received from NIC, more than 3 lakh food grains were sold by Shri Fatahu at the government centre in the financial year, due to which the ration card was cancelled. In this regard, Conversation was made on the mobile number-8528613972. A photocopy of the statement of Mr. Fatahu is attached and sent respectfully in the service. There is little change in the story submitted by the concerned staff of the government of Uttar Pradesh on the Portal. Guddu Ali was misled by cheaters who committed the forgery in the matter on the large scale by colluding with the staff of the government and Guddu Ali is not a single victim sold more than Rs.3,00,000 food grain and Guddu did not support them, but Guddu Ali itself a victim of this cheating. Whether it is justified in good governance of Yogi Adityanath to punish innocent and Gullible people who were cheated by fraudulent elements by collating with government staff.
