Think about the gravity of the situation that a team of service providing company jio has commenced Optimisation but in the name of optimization they have stopped the services quite obvious from the attached screenshot to the grievance in the form of PDF documents. I think that jio should improve its services instead of submitting false reports on the public grievance portal of the Government of India.

The matter concerns the slow network speed and improper network coverage concerning the mobile number 9696389653 of the Jio service provider company. You redressed the following grievance by submitting an arbitrary and inconsistent report. In the attached screenshot it is showing that services are unavailable. At present I am not talking about the data consumption, I am only talking about the slow network speed because I have a lot of data. You can take them but provide the speed so that I may not be bored at the laptop as currently is going on.

According to the staff of the jio infocom they have provided the solution to the applicant but it is quite obvious that this solution did not reach to the applicant which is the simple cause to submit the representation against the company on the public grievance portal of the Government of India again. It is their obligatory duty to ensure the reach of their solution to the aggrieved applicant after that the applicant will not submit representation against the poor network services of the company on the portal of the Government of India. This update your report in 2-3 lines but applicant has to expand it's a time more than 2 hours in submitting the representation on the portal which employees that when they provide poor services to the applicant then applicant is compelled to submit the representation against the company on the portal of the Government of India.
