The matter concerns the slow network speed and improper network coverage concerning the mobile number 9696389653 of the Jio service provider company. Here matters concern improper network coverage which means network gap not speed issue. Today your network made us cry. The staff of the jio assured the applicant to resolve the issue in 10-20 days. It is most unfortunate that the situation has been more grim.

I have one more jio mobile number- 9794103433 but it is used by our family members and not used for necessary works only for study purposes by children so improper network coverage does not cause great impact on it.

Report of the staff of the jio infocom is as follows

This is with reference to DOT complaint no. DOTEL/E/2024/0002213 related to network connectivity and speed issue. Acknowledging the complaint, our network team had investigated the impacted location and have found network outage the the location. The tentative timeline for completion of this activity is next 10 to 20 days.

What improvement your concerned team made in the area you can see in the attached screen shots to the grievance.

Rating Remarks

It is quite obvious that same report had been submitted by the staff of the company in the earlier grievance and I had waited for them to improve the network coverage in the area, but it did not improve, and the same report will cause better impact on the network coverage will again be waited by the applicant. The applicant has no grudge with the Jio company and expect that company may perform well and provide best services to the consumers. As far as the applicant is concerned, he will expect better services this time, they will keep their promise to keep their network better for longer time.   1. I would like to wait to get promises made by the staff of company to be fulfilled. Every business is bipolar, it depends upon the performance of the service providing company as one pole and second pole is satisfaction of the consumers. This grievance was only feedback for the staff of company regarding its performance in the area. Service providers and consumers have limits.
