Grievance Description

The applicant is making an enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India in the following matter in which concerned police is not adopting cogent approach to resolve the matter concerning criminal activities of the offender who did the irritating missed calls on the mobile numbers of the family members of the applicant.

1- How can the offender make irritating calls on the mobile numbers of others? It is a criminal offence but police are saying that it is a civil offence so Gautam Budh Nagar police most explain it.

2- The irritating calls made by the offender on the mobile numbers of the victims when they were living in the Gautam Budh Nagar Noida so its jurisdiction is the working area of the Gautam Buddh Nagar police not Budaun police. Gautam Buddh Nagar police must provide the reason that how it may come under the jurisdiction of Budaun police as it has recommended in its report that the applicant may seek shelter in Budaun police in the matter.

3- Gautam Buddh Nagar police must provide the provision of law which provides the immunity from the action against the offenders making irritating calls on the mobile numbers of civilized people in this largest democracy in the world.

It is quite obvious that the following grievance was submitted by my husband before the Noida police, district- Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. It is quite obvious that the following report was submitted by the concerned investigation officer in the matter concerning the illegal irritating calls made by the offenders on the mobile numbers of the family members of the aggrieved applicant.

पुलिस उपायुक्त, मुख्यालय कमिश्नरेट गौतमबुद्धनगर ।कृपया आप आई०जी०आर०एस० शिकायत सख्या 60000230214933 का सन्दर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करे, जो आवेदक श्री विमल कुमार रस्तोगी निवासी गढैया शहवाजपुर के शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र में अंकित तथ्यो पर जाँच कर आख्या उपलब्ध कराये जाने विषयक है।

उक्त प्रकरण में सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त तृतीय नोएडा से जाँच कराकर आख्या प्राप्त की गयी। प्राप्त आख्या के अवलोकन से पाया कि आवेदक श्री विमल कुमार रस्तोगी उपरोक्त मूल रूप से जनपद बदायू का रहने वाला है। विपक्षी दिनेश कुमार गुप्ता आवेदक उपरोक्त के भाई का दामाद है। आवेदक उपरोक्त की भाभी ने अपनी सम्पत्ति की पावर आफ अटोर्नी अपने दामाद विपक्षी दिनेश कुमार गुप्ता के नाम कर दी हैं।

जाँच से पाया कि आवेदक व विपक्षी के मध्य जनपद बदायू में स्थिति पैतृक सम्पति के बटवारे को लेकर विवाद है जो सिविल प्रवृत्ति का है। आवेदक द्वारा की गई शिकायत का सम्बन्ध जनपद बदायू से होने के कारण उक्त प्रकरण की जाँच जनपद बदायू से कराना समीचीन होगा।

The matter concerns the working of the commissioner of police Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh so it must be forwarded abruptly for swift action in the matter.

Mobile number of Dinesh Gupta-8448031966, This person used to make irritating missed calls on the mobile numbers of family members of the applicant. In the Truecaller the name of the missed call is Mr X but in brackets it is written Dinesh Gupta, quite obvious from the attached PDF document of the screen shot taken out from the mobile handset.
