An application on behalf of Keshav Pratap Singh under article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the streaming of anonymous messages of financial transactions by Bank of Baroda.

The matter concerns the streaming of messages concerning unknown transactions on the mobile number-8810868434 of Keshav Pratap Singh S/O Late Rajendra Pratap Singh Mohalla-Surekapuram colony, Jabalpur Road, Mirzapur City, District- Mirzapur by Bank of Baroda.

Most of the nationalised banks in this largest democracy in the world indulge in such type of fraudulent activities by opening bogus accounts used for fraudulent activities to cheat innocent and gullible people.

Senior branch manager must know that mobile number of the applicant must be removed from the suspicious account opened in branch. It is quite obvious that Ashish Kumar Yadav Sr Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, Rasulpur Branch, Raebareli sent the following message on the email of the applicant. With reference to your complaint we like to inform you that we have sent a letter to our customer for removing/changing the mobile no. in account as bank cannot remove/change mobile no. from any account without the written consent from the customer. We will remove/change mobile no. from account after receiving the customer consent.Custmoer can also deactivate SMS alerts from the mentioned account by sending an SMS to 8422009988 from his registered mobile number: To De-Activate : Format of SMS: DEACT(space)(last 4 digits of account no) Example: DEACT 1234 Acknowledgment SMS: Your request for de-activation of SMS alert service is successfully processed. This is for your information.
