* Prayer or Relief Sought It is quite obvious that the appellant submitted an RTI application on 3rd December 2023 before the public authority commissioner of rural development which is quite obvious from the following status.

It is quite obvious that more than 2 months passed but district panchayat Raj officer Mirzapur did not take any action in the matter which is the violation of the subsection one of Section 7 of the right to Information Act 2005 so action must be taken against the district panchayat Raj officer district-Mirzapur because his act tantamount to indiscipline.
It seems that there is no fear of penal action in the mind of district panchayat Raj officer district Mirzapur, quite obvious from his reluctant approach of not taking any action in the matter.
The factual position is that actually no development took place at the ground level which is the root cause district panchayat Raj officer district Mirzapur is running away from providing information to the information seeker which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to Information Act 2005.
Please direct district panchayat Raj officer district Mirzapur to provide the information to the appellant point wise instead of taking under teeth the provisions of right to Information Act 2005 otherwise the appellant has no other option except to file second appeal before most respected Uttar Pradesh state information Commission for action against district panchayat Raj officer district Mirzapur.
