The matter concerns the slow network speed and improper network coverage concerning the mobile number 9696389653 of the Jio service provider company. Here matters concern improper network coverage which means network gap not speed issue. Today your network made us cry. The staff of the jio assured the applicant to resolve the issue in 10-20 days. It is most unfortunate that the situation has been more grim.

It is quite obvious that the applicant made a call on the first January 2024 on the mobile number of customer care monitoring network at the local level at 6:53 PM. The mobile number of the customer care is 7007015593 And the email address is rajnvp2014@gmail.com, but the outcome resulted in zero. It is noticeable that sometimes network is gone completely which is a matter of concern and quite obvious from the attached screenshot in the pdf form to the grievance which must be perused by the concerned staff of the Jio Infocomm and be forwarded to the concerned team for speedy redressal of the grievance.

It is quite obvious that same report had been submitted by the staff of the company in the earlier grievance and I had waited for them to improve the network coverage in the area, but it did not improve, and the same report will cause better impact on the network coverage will again be waited by the applicant. The applicant has no grudge with the Jio company and expect that company may perform well and provide best services to the consumers. As far as the applicant is concerned, he will expect better services this time, they will keep their promise to keep their network better for longer time. Thank you very much I would like to wait to get promises made by the staff of company to be fulfilled. Every business is bipolar, it depends upon the performance of the service providing company as one pole and second pole is satisfaction of the consumers. This grievance was only feedback for the staff of company regarding its performance in the area. Service providers and consumers have limits.
