* Description of Information Sought Information regarding the compliance of the government order issued by the Department of administrative reform government of Uttar Pradesh regarding voluntary disclosure of assets on the sparrow portal of the government.

Sir, please refer to pages 4 and 5 of the PDF documents attached with this application. The government order was sent by Dhananjay Shukla, Special Secretary of the Government of Uttar Pradesh on 4th  January 2024.

This mandate is addressed to the Chairman Revenue Council Uttar Pradesh Lucknow, all Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, all the heads of departments and chief office heads, Uttar Pradesh all the divisional commissioners of Uttar Pradesh, the District Magistrate of Uttar Pradesh.

NO. 1/114964/2021 DATED 16.11.2021 OF APPOINTMENT SECTION-7, UPDATING THE OLD FORMAT OF ANNUAL CONFIDENTIAL ENTRY OF OFFICERS OF UTTAR PRADESH CIVIL SERVICES (EXECUTIVE BRANCH) BY DEGRADING THE OLD FORMAT "ANNUAL PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL REPORT", THE OFFICERS OF UTTAR PRADESH CIVIL SERVICE (EXECUTIVE BRANCH) HAVE BEEN ASKED TO SUBMIT ANNUAL PROPERTY STATEMENT sparrow-pcs.up.gov.in Provision has been made to receive it through online mode on the portal aforementioned.

3- Provide the action taken by the Secretary Information Commission government of Uttar Pradesh Lucknow regarding the government order dated 4th January 2024.

4- Provide the copy of the communications exchanged with the subordinates by the  Secretary Information Commission government of Uttar Pradesh Lucknow in compliance with the government order concerning disclosure of assets voluntarily by provincial civil servants of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

5- Provide the name and designation of the staff who are processing this government order in the office of  Secretary Information Commission government of Uttar Pradesh Lucknow.
